Not North Sydney based, sent the lights back which arrived broken, company have gone radio silent, many email unanswered. Don't purchase from here.

do not order from this company unless you’re prepared to wait over a month for your order that is actually dispatched from china (despite labelling themselves as sydney based), just for it to look nothing like the photos. i ordered from here trusting that this company was located in sydney. i should of went with my gut feeling and took notice of the fact there were no reviews on any products.

after receiving a tracking number about two weeks after placing my order, i found out that their products are sent from china unbeknownst to me. the tracking was horrendous considering it was a random chinese tracking website that i thought was a fake link at first then it was up to me to chase customer service to find out when my order was due for delivery.

after a MONTH of back and forwards with customer service, i finally received my order. i was pretty disappointed to say the least when i realised they were not the correct sizing as listed in the description, and pretty subpar quality. after measuring the lights, i realised their advertised dimensions were completely wrong and looked nothing like the photos.

not only did it take over a month for my order to arrive, the tracking was horrific and had i of not reached out to customer service for questions, i doubt i would have had any clue as to where my order was. i was fortunate enough to receive a full refund for my order after i requested this but the measurements were never updated on their website despite customer service saying they would.

they are not a sydney based company, their products are dispatched from overseas which is very misleading. the photos and measurements aren’t even guaranteed to match the real product. save your time, money & frustration, and avoid this company. you’re better off ordering from shein or aliexpress, at least you know what you’re getting yourself into.

The company is listed as local in North Sydney but don't believe this to be the case. Their phone line is permanently engaged, they don't answer their online chat and have only answered one email sent with a product enquiry. I've been trying to purchase products from here but cannot get the information I need after 3 follow ups. I believe them to be a scam.
