Ordered 2 times with Eleante, and i can tell you that I am very pleased with the quality pf the clothes, the fitting of the clothes, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Because of all these positive aspect I will be ordering more in the future.

Terrible. I ordered a size 12 suede loafer from this company and the shoe they sent me, though labeled a size 12 IS NOT. It might be a 10.5 or 11. Apparently, they are using a different size chart than the rest of the world.

I requested an exchange, and after waiting 2 weeks for a reply, they emailed me back and told me that I would have to pay for shipping both ways (to China), and then they would be willing to send me a different shoe.

I wasn't expecting luxury quality or service, I just wanted a pair of suede loafers for an affordable price, but this is preposterous. It's ok to have weird size problems, but it's not ok to refuse an exchange or make it right.

Very happy with the shirts I ordered, super breathable for summer and looks classy too.

Despite the delay in delivery, the feeling of wearing Eleante remains unchanged. With class, the clothes look impeccable on the body, leaving a top image.

Amazing fit. Got mine today and ordered a few more items after trying out the clothes.
It's hard to find a decent shop for smart wear, but Eleante definitely has it covered.

Worst customer experience and I would call it a scam. No response on shipping delay, order cancellation, refund etc.. I received my money back from PayPal directly (opening up a scam case internally), but not by Eleante. Negative comments on platforms like Instagram at getting deleted instantly.

Wish more brands were like this, thank you for not making your stuff overpriced.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my pants. The quality, fabric, construction,, and styling were exceptional. Although I have grown hesitant to trust new brands, I couldn't pass up the offer in this case, and I am glad I shopped with Eleante.

Exactly as advertised, bought a pair of loafers and a linen shirt. Love the quality on both.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes now. Different colours and they fit fantastic. The white soles clean up well to.
