Ordered a cellular style Electra Blind in April 2022 - this arrived on time and a very good quality product. The Blind was shipped well protected in good quality packaging which ensured no damaged occured during shipping. You have to fit the blind yourself ie DIY which involves drilling walls or window recess however for most DIY enthusiasts this is quite a simple task and is clearlly illustrated on a video which is available to view on Electra Blinds website. I suppose you could pay someone to fit them for you if necessary. Overall Electra Blinds web site is clear and easy to use with excellent guidance on how to accurately measure - the product is very good quality and their telephone support staff are polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Wow - spoke to a lady in customer service called Amy - she was incredible!! Everything you want from a customer service call. Super knowledgeable, efficient polite and friendly. She explained everything really well, and we'll be ordering our blinds tonight.

We 1st saw their advert on the tv and got me to think, we have been looking for something to go across our 4 bi-fold doors, after looking at their website found lots of information regarding fitting etc, but found choosing a colour/fabric difficult. So i decide to ring them for some advice on color options, the lady i spoke to was very helpful and patient and suggested they sent a variation of fabrics which we received very quickly, after laying out all the swatches it felt like we was on x factor putting aside all the definite no's, after choosing the right swatch i went on the website to place the order, which for once found very simple right through to paying. The blinds arrived on time and were packed very well, the instructions were excellent and both blinds being 170cm long came with 4 fixing brackets each, with being fairly heavy decided to fix up into the steel lintel above the doors for extra safety. Once clipped in and following the instructions and having the blinds factory set with the handset worked brilliant, we use these blinds now on a night time and to block out sunlight into the room and onto the tv, which after 2yrs without is a great asset, with the blinds in a cassette when we open the doors fully will be clean and tidy. All the five blinds in the order were clearly labelled and neatly packed.
The blinds themselves fitted just right and the remote control works a treat. All set up had been done in the factory just charge the batteries and away they went. Finally, a word of praise for the office staff - they actually know their products and can answer all your questions without being put through to endless people. Thoroughly recommend them as a company. Thank you all

Good blinds. Service excellent. Unfortunately the blind fell from its mounting and the motor casing broke. They replaced it with out any trouble.
They loose a star because the mounting process is not that easy on blinds with out a cassette and you have to be accurate within a couple of cms in placing the brackets - hence why it fell down

They were fitted perfectly.
The staff were professional, knowledgeable And very helpful.
We love the blinds, we have them programmed to go down at dusk and automatically rise at sunrise.
