Bought a gas oven about 3months ago with them and it’s even worse than than anything you could think of. The temperature is all different from normal gas ovens and it burns the bottom of food all the time. Even all after that there is a heavy burning smell and smoke is also coming from the bottom. Would NOT BUY THIS.

Our Electra 1860we dishwasher was replaced under warranty ... now that unit has failed in less than 18 months of light use (just out of warranty of course) Ridiculous and and an absolute waste of money.

My parents bought an electra washing machine 2 years ago. My mum who is 74 was stood next to it 4 days ago when the door literally exploded, sending glass everywhere. I have contacted electra who have been so rude on the phone its terrible. The manufacturer warranty is years and I want this replaced. They are elderly and my mum could have been seriously injured.

Would not buy!! The concrete drum on our washing machine BROKE in half after 2 years!! No refund, no help, no nothing! Stay clear. Terrible customer service

My Electra tumble dryer has a fault. I’ve been trying to reach you on the 03335 777 238 number you give but have been on HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR! I’m in warranty, it’s less than 6 months old. Please call back!

electra cooker tcr60w ring stopped working just after 1 year warrenty ran out electra no help whatsoever other than to send engineer and to charge even though under the consumer rights act of 2015 states that the products must be as described , fit for purpose , of satisfacrory quality and most importantly last a reasonable amount of time which this did not so be warned if you buy any products from this company

Shocking customer service! (i was delivered a fridge freezer that did not work - when i called to report the agent (Sarah) was very defensive and when i called to chase up she was so dismissive and actually hung up before saying goodbye. Offered to come and repair broken goods 2 weeks from the date reported, i explained i wanted a brand new one as it had NEVER worked and she couldn't give me an answer.

Called to speak with a named member of staff and the man that answered the phone was very rude

I purchased a tumble dryer Electra tdc8112b in January 2023 it has broken down twice in last 2 months and now I have a 2 week wait for a part this is the worst appliance I have purchased load of rubbish.Do your self a favour DO NOT BUY this make (ELECTRA) it is absolutely rubbish .It must of had a Friday afternoon one nothing but trouble.

Fridge works but struggles with temperature. I have it on the highest setting (5) and temp hovers around 3 - 6 degrees. I'd expect 2-5 degrees on a mid setting (3).

had electra fridge just 2 and half years,, wont get cold any more so food all been thrown out the fridge, its not served its purpose has it electra saying a fridge should last longer then 2 years,,rubbish and a waste of money,wont buy anything with the name electra again

I have had the oven 25 months, contacted Electra, typical out of warranty!
Passed me to the repair department for a quotation. So, I paid £169.00, the quote for parts and labour £169.99, or £15 a month for 12 months. I can now buy the same over for the same price again. Sustainability people!!!! you have created a throw away product as an oven not small landfill. You sell more products by offering a great service, needless to say, I will go and buy another brand now and one that i will be sure you don't own. Ethical sustainability, you need to have a good look at your company as your partners move to brands that live this in their culture and values. 2 stars for the lovely lady that answered my call.

First time using the Electra W1448CF2SE washing machine
I put a small amount of clothing in due to it being new, I put my clothes on a coloured 40° was at 3.30 pm it is now 5 45 and its still washing, omg don't think this is great with being eco at all, I'm gutted and now stuck with a useless machine I will be scared to use, please do your research

Our electra washing machine in the W1449CF is a product of left overs from other models ''The indicator '' lights'' are so tiny it needs a camera cloth hood to see them. Spin ends up wetter than it started The control knob has a rubbish indicator I dare no cancel the insurance 0n the new machine NOT RECOMMENDED

We bought an Electra washing machine just over 18 months ago… in the first 6 months the weight fell out. When I say it fell out it shattered in to 11 pieces and we were left without a washing machine for 3 weeks. We were given a replacement. A week after we had the replacement a year we noticed the same thing was happening again. Someone from whirlpool came out to look at it and deemed it repairable. 2 weeks later someone came out to fix it. This was Thursday last week. By Saturday morning the same thing happened again!!! I had used it twice, twice!!

Absolute joke.

I had an issue with my dishwasher after a few months of buying it. Called the company and they sent an “engineer” if you can call him that.

He stayed 2 minutes in the flat, the machine began malfunctioning exactly 3 minutes after he left (he was probably still getting in his van). I called and he stopped answering the phone (he had called me 3 times to ask for directions before he arrived). He finally responded an hour later and said he will escalate to his manager and they will send someone to fix it “very soon”. Indeed someone will be in touch with me in the next two days.

Well it’s been 4 days now and I called Electra to see why no one called me. They informed me the “engineer” had reported back that there was no fault in the appliance. What a champ! He probably went and watched a match and had a drink before calling it a day.

Raz was so excellent, polite, friendly and really knew his stuff - he was only here for about 10 minutes to mend my dishwasher and knew exactly what the problem was - such an amazing guy - besides that I cannot fault Electra and would buy every product that I need from them going forward - Please buy Electra products and never Samsung = they are rubbish - You have a yes from me Raz and Electra xx

Phoned about an issue with a new product , Geordie girl in contact centre slammed phone down , I’m assuming she was going to lunch 11.20am 7/4/2022 incase the company would like to check this , very unprofessional!

First time of using my cooker the nob fell off couldn't use my oven since I've had it set an engineer out with no part to fix it either refused me a refund on a product I've not been able to use in 3months thankfully I got it through ao, who are now replacing it with a different make completely no again will I purchase a electra product ever....

Disgusting , I’ve been washing up for 7 weeks two engineers visits on my 6 month old dishwasher , today they are suppose to fit new part and I get this . Would they like to wash up so long and previously when your family had covid ?
