Ordered some sockets and switches and…
Ordered some sockets and switches and Remi contacted me to advise the supplier had missed one of the items so he apologised for the delay and let me know as soon as the item had arrived he would send the order out and let me know. 2 days later he emailed me again to let me know he had sent the order out via 24 hour delivery and provided me with the tracking details. Communication with the company is excellent, Remi responded within the hour and kept me updated through the whole order to delivery. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Back box repair clips
Back box repair clips - brilliant idea, sav d having to remove back box. Was decorating and undid screw to release socket and the little lug holding the screw had snapped off - these little clips saved the day. Great service - thank you

Screw less sockets almost impossible to use unless plaster 100% level
No response at all from customer service!!!!

Great effective communication unfortunately the seller had to wait for more supplies they kept me informed both with phone calls and email.
Received today purchased to replace old click deco gaskets and the new ones are a much better quality for switches.
