If I could rate minus stars I would. I have seen customers consistently complain about how they have been duped with their EICR certificates. James came to my flat found a "fault" which he refus... See more
Awful experience. Did EICR and had a list of c2 follow on actions. Received a quote for follow on work which I agreed to. After about 10 emails, being given the runaround and many broken promises - I... See more

Did not test all circuits and reported two sockets we
I used their services after booking an EICR via open rent.
There were many issues with the service
1) The electrician was unprofessional and seemed to be more concerned about his car then actually testing the electrics
2) The EICR only took half an hour where as it should have taken much longer
3) The electrian basically descoped testing any lighting and many circuits without agreeing this with me first, basically rendering the EICR pointless and putting tenants at risk.
4) He noted that two sockets in the bedroom were not earthed. However upon getting another electrician in later, they were retested and nothing was found wrong with them.
Unprofessional
They came to the flat for an EICR testing which they did. The EICR failed so they said they’ll be in touch for what’s next. But after contacting them multiple times, there was very little reply from them and most importantly no concrete action. Cherry on the cake: the report they issued was wrong with testing report from a different property… extremely unprofessional, to avoid.

To avoid
I found very unprofessional that they spotted an issue during their visit for providing a safety certificate and they didn’t call me to tell me on the day (I am a landlord). They released a failed certificate for something that could be rectified in their first visit as it took 5 mins of work. Instead, they wanted me to book a second visit for over 150£ just to screw a fuse box on the wall. They knew I needed a certificate and I would book a second visit. I would have happily paid for the extra work but it would have not been definitely 150£ if done on the first visit. As others have said, this is a company to avoid.

Avoid like the plague!
Truly dreadful customer service. James provided a certificate I could not print and pigheadedly refused to put a hard copy in the post. Found this supplier via OpenRent. No help from them with getting the certificate I paid for.

Horrible experience work was done and report never provided. Had one electrician come for an EICR and rattle off a list of issues to then come back charge over 200 pounds only for me not to receive a report. Upon asking the company for a written report they mentioned they dont keep any records.

Electrician arrived without reading any notes and was rude during whole electric examination. Even after receiving report we called him with questions and kept on getting abrupt and unhelpful responses. Wish I had used another company.
