Disastrous experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Bought an electric bike on12 July this year. 73km later it stopped indicating speed or distance travelled.
Took it back. After another 2months and numerous phone calls, all initiated by me, I finally asked for my money back. It was purchased on my wife’s debit card, which she gave me when I visited today. The card she had used to pay was cancelled some weeks ago due to fraud. Told him this, but he refused to even try it in his card reader. After much heated debate, he finally agreed to contact his service provider, but spent much of that time browsing the web. It was only after standing over him while he spoke on the phone to his financial services provider, he finally was talked through the refund process.
I spent much of the day on this bloody fiasco. Avoid this place at all costs.
Incidentally, the bike I bought was a Samebike. Avoid them like the plague. Broken pedals, and spokes are a common fault, as is apparently the electronic control unit. £850 for a piece of junk. Check out reviews for yourself.

I have purchased an expensive ebco…

I have purchased an expensive ebco electric bike, which was rarely used, and obviously battery went flat.
Regardless the little usage the bottom pedal bracket is completely gone and impossible to drive.
I have asked if they could repair it and the answer was that no battery is available and the bottom pedal bracket could not be found and replaced (when I collected the Bike I ve been told that now was drivable regardless nothing was done... )In few word I have now an expensive and useless piece of iron in my garage.
Terrible customer service (and Ebdo Bike)...

Terrible place

Spoke to a staff member on Friday who advised that I bring my E bike for repair on Monday- I informed the representative that the E bike was not purchased from their Company.
Rung the store on Monday and was told that the store only repairs bikes bought from the store.
I find it quite bizarre that the store is unable/ unwilling to fix a simple puncture.
