I bought the Engle Engine Pro and got a great price on the bike. The delivery took a little longer than 7 working days. But communication was good and the bike arrived after about 11 days. So far all is well and I would recommend buying your Ebike from Electric Bikes Pro.
Really good e bike. Actually better than I thought it would be. Sellers were great with communication and my purchase felt safe all the way. Unlike a lot of other more suspect sellers out there. As an added bonus I saved £100 on the cheapest price I could find elsewhere and £150 on the price direct from the manufacturer. Would recommend Electric Bikes Pro 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
***Edit: Since writing this review about the company, the following day I received an email from them despite them ignoring all my correspondence as detailed in the review below. They are now stating that unless I remove this review, then they will not give me the refund that they had already promised me and had failed to provide before ignoring my emails. They stated,"as soon as you remove the review I will issue your £15 refund." Honestly this company are a bunch of cowboys, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere because if you have the same problems I’ve had then you will get the same treatment as stated in my review below…
Before purchasing my bike, I initially received good customer service after speaking with the team to get some advice, this done over the phone. Due to having spoken with a member of staff who seemed very helpful, I then decided to make a purchase on their website. However after making my order, this is where I had the first minor issue, which I was not overly annoyed about, however I am mentioning as it seemed a little strange. This minor issue was with the delivery, as I didn’t receive any tracking information as stated upon receiving my follow up email after making my purchase. Following this, I then called the team whereby I was told that they could not give me any further information regarding the delivery. They stated that they couldn’t get any information from their warehouse about whether my order had even been dispatched or not, which I just thought was a bit peculiar. I have never dealt with a company who claim to dispatch their goods from the UK, that cannot tell me the status of my order. However, despite this, I thought best to give the company the benefit of the doubt whereby on the 10/08/2023, my bike was delivered to me. Upon receiving my bike and unpacking it from the box, I immediately noticed that the bike had a deep chip on the frame. This chip was very obvious, it was about the size of a large baked bean and had gone down to the bare metal on the main frame, this was obviously a little frustrating. I immediately raised this to the team, sending images of the damage to which they replied a couple days later stating that the bikes are normally checked by the manufacturer prior to delivery and that they would reach out to them. Due to where the mark was and the packaging having no damage, this mark could not have been caused by the delivery to which I then made the assumption that this must have occurred before it was sent out. I find it difficult to understand how this wasn’t picked up upon pre-delivery inspection, due to how obvious the mark was. Anyways, upon raising this with the team initially on 10/08/2023 via email, they eventually emailed a resolution on 21/08/2023, stating they would refund me £15.00 to purchase a touch up paint pen so that I could sort this issue myself. Concurrent to this, I progressively became aware of a second issue with my bike, whereby I then emailed the team again on 23/08/2023, 2 days after their resolution reply to the paint issue. The second issue was with the pedals on my bike whereby the right pedal was starting to seize after only a few uses, this causing the pedal not to spin freely, making it difficult to ride the bike, which is now currently making the bike nearly unusable due to the problem getting worse. I am yet to have had any reply about the pedal issue from the team, not even acknowledging that they had received my email like they did the first time. Additionally to that, I still have not received any of the refund for the initial paint issue, despite having attempted to chase both of these problems up with the team. I’m now starting to think that they are ignoring all of my correspondence, which is very disappointing and I’ve lost all faith in them. Due to all of this, I am annoyed with the company and if I’d known there would have been these issues prior to making my purchase then I wouldn’t have ordered my bike with them. I mean if you’re happy to order and receive your bike with no customer aftercare then this company will provide what you’re after. However, I have had a couple of issues with my bike and it seems warranty doesn’t mean anything to them, as I have had no positive actions with any of the issues I have raised so far.
