Ordered a Buggy and paid over 50% deposit. 5 days later they asked for the rest of the money and no idea when the buggy was being delivered. On 19th of July, asked them to return my deposit as their payment terms are unacceptable, they promised to return the deposit (over €9000) on 5th of September. Still waiting as nothing they say happens. They ignore all correspondence and solicitor's letters. Nothing they say is truthful and all promises are not kept. Sad, as the product is good.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
We bought a buggy from this company may 2024 in Spain. Out circumstances changed and we left Spain in June. Spoke to the owner and he collected the buggy to sell on our behalf. I have asked multiple times for payment which resulted in nothing so asked for the buggy back to be told it’s sold. Nearly 18 months later we still have no payment and no buggy.
