Brilliant
Brilliant. There was alot of back and forth with my order, availability, affordability, delivery etc. but the people I spoke to to (Sam, ash, and I believe Marcus?) genuinely seemed like they wanted to get the best outcome for me, and now I have a car I'm really happy with. I recently took delivery of a new EV via the ECS. Great selection of cars and great customer service. I had lots of questions to begin with but the team were always happy to help and kept me updated regularly between ordering and delivery. The whole process from car selection and ordering, to charger install and car delivery/handover was hassle free. Highly recommended.

Alex Antoni - Great Experience!
