Great service from Chris

Christian Dominic Porquez was very polite and patient when I needed more time to evaluate the offer. The electricity plan he came up with was much better than our previous plan, and appropriate for our lifestyle.

Clear options for better rates and not locked in if want to change

The rep was understanding and happy to call back at a more convenient time, I then spoke with Sara who was clear and patient and explained details well to me, the company provided a cheaper competitive alternative plan with the same provider that I had.
The options to cancel or change or need to call to ask questions were reassuring.

Pain in the you know what.. this afternoon was the latest the perp sat outside my address from 2.50p.m untill 5.00p.m

Pain in the you know what they keep door knocking and rang up untill I got in touch with the no call register. At least the calls stopped but not om getting door to door people from the same firm almost weekly.. I'm not interested.. I can't put it plainer than that
