no stars should be an option tell me how i can be billed for electric only from 19th August thru 20 th September $171.00 when i was out of the country from Aug 26th until 2nd September. I had turned my power off from those dates so for 7 days you have charged me $171.00. This isn't the first time you have screwed 31 Dec 2023 to Jan 30, 2024, i had no power period due to a flood and yet i got charged $220.00 so i will be taking this to the consumer protection people and if that don't work small claims you are lying thieving SOB,S

Great pricing and communication
Great pricing, great app, easy to live chat on app when I canceled with our sold rental. When my current contract with another provider on our existing property runs out, I would go back with electric kiwi if their pricing are still good.

I had a serious issue with my new phone…
I had a serious issue with my new phone S25 Ulta, not accepting and making phone calls, the customer support person was excellent, went above what I was expecting to try and get this problem sorted, stayed online as I worked through recommended guidelines for my phone. They gave me clear and consise instructions that were easy to follow.
We both came to the conclusion that my new phone was the problem not my provider.
I really appreciated the time, respect and professional manner of this customer service support person.

Should have zero stars
Should have zero stars. Tried to switch power and broadband. Ten days later they had disconnected me from current providers, not sent a modem after promising me 5 times it had been sent. Refused to give me a phone number to talk to just chat bot with im sure were AI. Worst customer experience ive ever had. Be very wary.

This company is absolutely shocking
This company is absolutely shocking, I pay my bill and the next week I find I am pay a lot more than what I expected. We went away for the weekend come back and our power bills had sky rocket and yet there was no one home in this particular weekend. It is only myself and husband that live in the apartment and he is away working most times and I am away at nights. I have tried to msg the support team through live chat but no one has given any answers. I have trouble with the banking system they have in place it doesn’t allow me to use it the app only allows my credit card details so I am surcharged every time I pay my account. If I try to use the banking system they have in place the whole app locks me out of my bank account and I have to go into the bank. They haven’t answered any of my questions as yet. This become annoying and very frustrating 😡
