I ordered the BK9 electric bike on the 16th January 2025 and it’s the 4th February now and it still hasn’t arrived they told me it was undeliverable on the 31st and ask if I wanted a refund or a resend I told them resend but I haven’t had any updates for some time now they haven’t responded to my emails and the number they put on the email doesn’t even go through? It has been very inconvenient and a very poor service.

Pleased with item so far however...
The item was so badly packaged that parts were
exposed through the box as the box was too small and
could have led to the product being damaged and unusable.

I bought an electric folding bike from Electric Max and it had good price and came quite quickly.
Electric Max promptly replaced the front light that came broken and the only problem is that the bike was very difficult to assemble and the instructions were of no use at all so Electric Max could prepare their own clear instructions to solve this problem.

I recently purchased an e-bike from Electricmaxx, the bike itself was good quality, its weight (37kg) was a major concern for me and this crucial information was not disclosed on the product page.

Transacting with Electricmaxx was a fair experience.

I don't recommend this seller I buy the bike and not received assistance for problem with computer board I mount the bike and the bike not start I pay

Looked at several bikes on line. Elctric Maxx was selling at a good price compared with others. Delivery was fine it took 6 working days from ordering to arrival. I did e--mail the company to ask delivery date and recieved a prompt reply with an acccurate estimate of two days which was accurate, so it was a 5 star transaction.
The bike itself came well packaged from the manufacturer. It all fitted together with no issues, everything was aligned, screw threads cut accuratly and works fine so far.

Fast delivery, well packaged and I love the bike, very quick and goes uphill with ease at some stage I'll upgrade to an engwe engine pro but for now I'm very happy with the hitway bk2

Price was very good. Package arrived by DHL. Bike put together fine and rides beautifully so far. Colour not quite the same as photo. Would be better if website had a telephone contact to speak to customer service rather than email.
