First time buyer but now anything they sell that I need I would definitely get from them!
I'd never use this company before but I was looking for a specific Lomanco Power Vent with motor and fan blade. I found it on Amazon as well as through Google and Bing search. They were a little cheaper directly from their website which makes sense when thinking about the cut Amazon takes. It was also still something that was seller fulfilled and the eta's are actually longer than what it actually takes. I called them up and the lady was super nice and if you order by 2:30 CT they try to ship it out same day which is what they did. Based on my location I got it within 2 days. Better pricing than Amazon and faster speed. While their site isn't the fanciest, I'm leaving this review so everybody knows they are a genuine business and do deliver genuine products.
I highly recommend them as they seem very fair and reasonable and did an amazing job packing the products to avoid shipping damage. They also have free or reasonable shipping charges depending on the product. At first I wasn't sure what to think because some of their certified links on their website need to be updated as it looks a little suspicious like they're authorize.net badge not being clickable.
If they end up seeing this I do recommend updating their website so that the seals and stuff are clickable and the latest versions of them. I would also recommend that and trustpilot and depending on their shopping store experience if they can integrate it to where people can get automatic notifications to rate their experience for all sales, it would definitely help build trust.
