Waiting over a week for a minimum withdrawal, (90 Euro) which is criminal in itself. Did a crypto deposit that took me less than 1 minute to send, however they cannot process a withdrawal of the same form in a week. Live chat is an AI bot that gives you the same run around answers. Avoid at all costs, play on a reputable site that doesnt have to scam peanuts to feed their children.

I am extremely angry with myself for not researching this site before using it! Spent an absolute fortune playing and when I claimed a paltry £600 back, I get the same lies that others have experienced about there being a large amount of claims with the finance team and that they hope the withdrawal will be processed soon. Four weeks later and nothing. I've sent emails and done online chat many times, all to no avail.

I even carried out a search on the license number they provide on the site which showed no active license!

This is a scam site operated by scum who steal your money.

Had to give a1 star as you can’t do no stars. Win ratio is set that they win and you don’t. Take weeks to process withdrawals and even then you don’t get your money. Stay clear of these. It is a scam. The only one good review would have been written by one of their staff.

Used a 200% Bonus and hit right away pretty big, from 99€ to 1.800,00€ . After reaching the half of the wager, I only lost, don't matter how high my spins have been, only small wins, after 9 super bonuses in an hacksaw games the maximum win was a x5 . Every other slot didn't bonus or only paid x20 most. I somehow ended up lucky at 650,00€. After trying to cashout, it wasn't possible because I have some "freespins" left, part of the bonus.... . So because I wagered successfully , and had now real money balance, I instantly deleted those "freespins" because I don't want to use these 0,10€ spins while me having a 650€ balance. Right after clicking, "delete freespins" my real cash balance went from 650,00€ to 0,00€ ! :D :D :D . I tried to talk to the support, but they repeated there questions over and over, and said "Sorry there is nothing we can do" .

Apart from that I was expecting not to cashout any amount from my balance at all, because I read these reviews after winning big and realizing that some of the slots are acting wired.

30 reviews left at an average rating of 1.5 and I’m not sure why. Electric wins always offer deposit bonuses coupled with free spins on deposits as little as £25. They have wide range of slots so you’ll always find one you want.

Now to address the poor reviews. Most reviews mention scam or how they never received their withdrawal and so on and my experience is very different. I’ve made multiple withdrawals, most of which I’ve cancelled off my own back to continue playing but the 2 I have let go through all the way were both paid to me. One was for roughly £1100 and the other for £301 paid just today. Yes it does take a while compared to almost every other casino. Some sites pay your money literally seconds after you’ve withdrawn and others take a day or two yet electric wins will take at least 6 days. I withdrew last Wednesday and received it today (the following Tuesday) and my previous withdrawal took a full 7 days.

My experience had been completely different to everyone else who had left a review and I can assure you I’m not in any way employed by electric wins - I’m just a bloke from London

Like many other reviews, I can confirm that this is a scam and they will not process any withdrawals. 10 Weeks later and I still get the following excuse:

Terrible experience. Deposited money and decided not to gamble. Have been trying to withdraw the money for more than 6 weeks. They keep cancelling withdrawals without explanation.

Stay far away from Electric Wins (electricwins.com / electricwins11.com) – this is not a real casino, it’s a blatant scam!
• They claim to operate under a Curaçao license (34389464EU) – but this license is completely fake. There’s no official verification anywhere. They are pretending to be legal while running an unregulated site.
• Withdrawals are blocked on purpose – you’ll get excuse after excuse and never see your money again.
• The live chat is beyond shady – rude, evasive, sometimes even threatening. It honestly feels like dealing with an organized scam ring.
• After I deposited, my account was suddenly restricted. Money gone, no support, no answers.

📛 I’ve already reported this to authorities and consumer protection agencies. This “casino” deserves to be blacklisted everywhere.

1 star is too many for this website! Refuse to pay out winnings stating ‘processing’ delays! 30 working days later and still nothing. No response via customer service email and live chat give standard response and end chat when asked simple questions regarding their licensing! Avoid!!!

Don't play here , it a scam site never give you the withdrawls you have to wait months and finally you cancel the withdrawls because the site never aprove your withdrawls saying that it a lot of volumes of withdrawls and like that you will wait 3-4 months and nothing. I had a withdraw from 8 of November and today it 20 February and I still don't have my withdrawal
