I ordered a blue vape pen through Groupon

I ordered a blue vape pen . A Groupon sale. I received my pen 3 or 4 days later. Great quick delivery. I put my vape juice in being careful not to get it inside the middle part, put it back together and I couldn't get it to work. So I charged it and it still didn't work. It gets warm or hot but doesn't smoke.

no response from customer service.

I purchased the zebra 3 in 1 vaporizer but got a zebra dry herb vaporizer. I emailed customer service and called multiple times the customer service number but the voice mail said they were closed at 12 noon on a Friday. I just want a refund since this is not what I ordered.

Bought the zebrasmoke multi-voltage…

Bought the zebrasmoke multi-voltage vaporizer mod kit w/e-juice 5 piece:
Instructions are nonsensical. "Charging" for hours but never worked. You are barred from writing a review on zebrasmoke.com and groupon. Obviously, this is just a scam groupon pulls in partnership with zebrasmoke based on other reviews. No contact info for returns, groupon and zebrasmoke so obviously know they they sent you zilch! I tried to write a review, but was not allowed. Hope you don't fall for this like I did!!

Wrong color

I ordered a blue vape pen and was supposed to receive it 7 -10 business days later it didn't even get shipped until 7 business days and I got it another 7 days after that and it showed up a red pen I emailed then and got no reply. The pen works fine it does what I wanted it do but it's not what I ordered. Not impressed and I will not be ordering from them again.

I really wished I looked up the reviews…

I really wished I looked up the reviews on here. Total screwed up my order and the only emails I received was one where they copied and pasted the instructions to order and the other putting the blame on another company. Worst customer service.

Absolutly the worst customer NO SERVICE. I even wrote Groupon about them and Groupon has done nothing....but promote their products!!
Don't buy from Zebra..all defective merchandise..and they do not care.
Boycot Groupon for supporting a fraudulent business with nothing but defective merchandise.

Believe ALL of the bad reviews...I didnt now I’m here complaining about it!

This site is horrible! I ordered a pipe from them through groupon, paid for expedited shipping, and they still sent my package through standard ground mail. On top of that their redemption process for groupon is a pain, you essentially have to figure it out yourself. I will never order another item from this site. For the record, the discounted price they give you on groupon is the regular price on amazon for an identical product..not to mention amazon gives you guaranteed free 2 day shipping with a prime account. Save your money and truly shop around. Don’t use “sketchy” groupon or any of their “sketchy” sellers.

if I could give a negative score I would. received a broke. e cig and they will not return my emails. they replied once to tell me how yo work it. duhhhh. I obviously know how it works it's a broken pos. won't return any messages to get a replacement nor my money back. I'm not a complainer usually but when a company steals money we got problems. I will be contacting the bbb.

This has to been the worst mail order …

This has to been the worst mail order experience I've ever had. I ordered 2 hookahs for a 4th of July party months ago, but I still can't get in touch with anyone via the phone number listed for customer service. After I did speak with the rudest receptionist ever, she puts me on hold for hours. And to think that Groupon continues to sell their products is astonishing! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Buy your products locally. Damned a Groupon discount, I'd rather pay full price!!

Would not reorder

Ordered two disposable hookahs pens. One item was mailed defective the other was never sent. Not worth going through hassle of returning for money or replacement.
Wish I would have read the reviews prior. Would not refer.

Horrible customer service and terrible products

Ordered my stuff of Groupon. They have you go to their website and they don't explain how to maneuver through the Groupon redemption part. So i email them and ask takes forever for a response so in the meantime i call because their website shows the item i wanted wasnt in stock even though i paid for it on Groupon already. When i call the woman who answers it's very unfriendly and rude from the get go. I ask her questions to have her navigate me through the Groupon redemption and she is having an attitude and being very belittling and sarcastic. I then recieve an email from them days later asking how they could help (mind you i never have personal information our order information in the email) i tell them I've already called and talked to someone but was very unhappy with the person i had spoke with. They responded back with i spoke with the employee you talked with and the person being rude was you. I am still in shock on how disrespectful they are to customers! I told them they will never get my business again. The item i received is covered in an oil like substance very grimy and it doesn't work very well at all. Save yourself some time energy and money and buy elsewhere!

Do NOT order from @zebrasmoke

Zebra smoke only sent 1 of 3 items ordered. They claim all 3 were in same package even though they were ordered separately per their instructions with Groupon voucher. I was told since I had no way to prove I didn't receive them, the sale was final. I ordered through @groupon and notified Groupon of the situation and they didn't care either. I am 62 years old and have no reason to lie about (3) $10 items. I understand now why @zebrasmoke doesn't post customer reviews. Lesson learned.

Still haven't seen it

I made an order with Zebra Smoke about 3 weeks ago, still haven't seen my product. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks now. I received a shipping notification a few weeks ago stating that they had been shipped, but with broken tracking numbers. Their email customer support is little more than automated replies that don't help or even apply, and the phone line appears fake or broken. I am not happy!!

Eating Humble Pie!

Having posted a not very complimentary review yesterday on this company concerning the non arrival of two orders, I now discover that it is TOTALLY MY FAULT........I somehow managed to regisiter the wrong house number when placing my first order! The company have sent out a replacement which of course again went to the wrong house. Now a third is hopefully on its way to my correctly amended address.

I withdraw all my negative comments in my previous review, and look forward to being able to post a postive review in the near furture on the product itself.

order not complete

this was my first order from zebra and so far am not impressed.
i order the premium starter pack and 2 pack of refills and after waiting 13 days
the packet arrived but only contained the 2 packs of refills and a cigarette case (part of the premium pack) but NO e-cig, batteries or charger.
I have emailed them and am awaiting a reply (have to wait because of Easter)

As i say am not impressed. i will update review if and when i get a satisfactory reply
and resolution.

Great product, not great service

I tried a number of different e-cigs before settling on a Zebra. For me it's by far the best product, and the best value. I'm looking forward to trying their new zero nicotine cartridges, as I'm sure that will help put the social smoking that I've been doing to date behind me for good. The one gripe I have with the company is their service - it takes far too long for the re-order cartridges to arrive - on average four days, when everything is going right. On two occasions now though, my orders haven't turned up at all, due to problems with their distribution systems. Although I've always had an apology (this time by email) I don't think it's good to have to wait 10 working days before they will recognise that an order has gone missing. If they sort out their distribution, I'd be happy to give them 5 stars.
