Rob and his awesome crew
We ordered a new battery charger from Electrified, the charger got damaged so Rob sent us a temp charger to get us out of trouble until the replacement unit could be sent. Rob and his crew did an awesome job in helping us out.

Rob went above and beyond to help me out with troubleshooting my ebike and replacing a faulty BMS without charge and hesitation, he even got the pack driven to me same day out of his own pocket. Would 100% buy a pack through Electrified as you would not be disappointed

Communication? Hardly knew’em.
From the time of placing the order to the time of receiving a refund 35 days had elapsed. During that time, I left a review indicating that “electrified” appeared to be a scam merchant, and indeed that did appear to be the case at that time. Moving forward to today that assessment does not appear to be accurate. The truth is a bit more complicated. Due to miscommunication or other reasons the shop failed to establish contact to inform me that my order was cancelled and failed to respond to their contact form on the website, as well as emails sent to their support address. This left me making a lot of assumptions that turned out to be wrong. I believe that the shop did attempt to process a refund after the issue was raised, however no indication that this had occurred was evident. Establishing contact with the shop was extremely difficult, but once that line was opened things moved along fairly quickly. The issue was that in the time it took for the shop to answer my requests for support I had already began proceedings with my bank to begin the chargeback process. I found the entire experience to be very frustrating overall, so it’s unlikely that I’ll order from this shop again however if you choose to shop here your experience might be different. The shop does appear to be making a genuine effort to do better however even at the time of writing this review they still appear to have issues on the communication front.

Hello Michael, that purchase was issued a refund immediately with reason given that the item was no longer available and removed from sale immediately. I encourage you to please check your bank statements for the refund and email for details of the refund. If you still cannot find I please make contact with us and we can go from there however my system shows the item was refunded and email sent.

Extended delivery dates but worth it
Ordered a modified bbshd kit from Rob, he followed up the purchase with a phone call and explained the high demand of the kit and it would be 3 weeks, the kit did arrive after about 3.5 weeks during that period I did try to call but found if I sent a text message he would always reply I think his very busy. As for the quality of the product and after sales service his been fantastic
