Dont touch!

All was good to start with. System installed and working well. Now, just after after warrantee but within guarantee they don't respond to phone calls emails are spasmodic, do not address issues. Have faulty radiator. No prospect of any help. Taking legal proceedings. Anyone else want to join in?
I have contacted trustatrader but they are useless. Their recommendation not worth anything

If you want a professional experience, this is not it

Thankfully I seem to have dodged a bullet by not actually buying anything through Electrik Heating Solutions. I had them quote me on a radiator solution last year but chose not to go with them. However today I approached them to quote me to replace my boiler with a thermino heat battery (they are listed as a supplier). Their Office Manager, K...n, was beyond unprofessional in her manner. She could not seem to understand that I was enquiring about a different product altogether and kept challenging me. Not a great "shopfront look".

A terrible company who exploit the…

A terrible company who exploit the elderly and vulnerable. Smooth sales team with non-existent aftercare. They will dodge responding until the warranty period has expired despite multiple faults. We are considering taking them to court for breach of Consumer Protection Act. Avoid and look for a more reputable Contractor.

Very poor after sales service.

I really can't recommend this company. They were very efficient until after the installation, always responding promptly to calls and emails. But two years down the line, things are going wrong and they couldn't be less helpful. They rarely respond to emails, and although when I call I'm assured someone will get back to me, no one ever has. So I'm left with a system that doesn't work properly. And as for the app... well don't start me on that.

Poor service

I've not actually bought anything from them luckily. The customer service was below poor to start with and then they wouldn't honor a price they had given me. Looking online there are similarly priced solutions that are backed up with customer service and support so I would strongly recommend a google each before spending any hard-earned money with them.

I can no longer use the app.

I can no longer use the heaters with the app making the whole thing very time consuming! I have to turn each heather on individually and I can't use the timers. I feel really unsupported and find it very inhumane that they refuse to help.

2 years ago this customer called to say more than 1 radiators was not working and the end panels were off. We responded the same day and asked her to check that power was going to the radiators as this was the most likley reason. The reply was evrything had been checked and power was ok. We pointed ou that if it was a problem with the radiators then we would attend free of charge and rectify however if it was not the radiators that were faulty there would be a charge for the call out this she accepted. When we attended the property it transpired that an electrician, we beleive a friend of hers had cut the power to the circuit that the radiators were on and therefore no power, nothing wrong with the system. We then sent an invoice which she never paid. We therfore withdrew our support. With the recent issue we sent a user manual, bearing in mind she has had the radiators for nearly 4 years, to help her with the problem, She recently agreed to pay the outstanding invoice and when paid we can resume our support. However payment still not received and now we are recieving obusive e mails and obviusly this reveiw.

Heating system ok. Customer service needs improvement.

The instructions are not clear in the brochure and the Company are not as helpful as they could be. Started off very well until the App went wrong. The Company kindly came out to my elderly father but then sent me an email that was quite blunt about him calling them too often and they lost patience. He has a heating system that he now cannot control properly as he/we can’t install the App. This is not how to conduct business so unfortunately I cannot recommend.
