Rapid service/delivery.
Very friendly and helpful driver

The deliveries awful. Despite speaking with dpd. The driver was very reluctant bring the item to the 2nd floor. Despite being disabled, I had to go down to assist to bring the item or he was going to leave the item in foyer and not delivery the door.
Shocking considering I was limping .

The AC units arrived quickly and well packaged. Excellent purchases for when the weather gets so hot, they are effective and easy to control.

It arrived on time set up was easy.The only gripe i had it was noisy than I thought it would be, but it was not really a problem.

ElectricQ is a hurricane for cooling very pleased with my order.

These units are easy to fit, and because of the type of gas in the unit, you don’t require a license to fit them, saving a fortune. It came on next day delivery. This my second unit, and with the weather as it is nowadays, it makes for a good a good nights sleep, being cool

Customer service upon arrival to collect the item was brilliant. We were helped getting the product to our car too which was much appreciated and beyond expectations. The ac unit itself is very impressive and is already getting full use. So easy to set up and the room is chilled instantly. We don’t mind the noise but it may bother some… great purchase

Bought to replace an Amcor 800 which had failed after 8 years. Only had the electriQ 1200 for 48 hrs but initial impressions are good. Set up was easy , still exploring the various modes but cooling power is excellent for a large bedroom. Have not needed the higher fan settings , which like all ACs can be noisy, but lower setting is more than adequate to chill room in minutes. I normally sleep with earplugs so that I can set the timer and then sleep. Without plugs you may struggle even in sleep mode. My room regularly hits 30+ degrees C during a heat wave and this has been a life saver, the Amcor which was less powerful would struggle at that temperature.
I did need to buy a longer hose as i needed to vent through a higher window , 3m rather than the supplied 2m but as long as you avoid any kinks in the hose this should not be a problem.
Delivery was excellent with regular updates. Overall, very pleased.

Machine not working from day 1. Runs at highest speed but never stops in any mode. 36dB is an untruth. Customer service ask for photos and put in writing that tech support would respond within 24 hours. After 60 hours I call again and now say forget repair refund. They set up DHL, Let’s see what happens next.

Machine arrived on time and as advertised. My only concerns are the length of the power cable and the noise level. It is not a very quiet machine when running and the power cable being only 1.5 m makes positioning a little tricky.

Ordered from this company as advertised as next day delivery and heat wave forecast, after paying we recieved an e mail that order was delayed and would be the day after now, just as the weather eased

The air conditioner is perfect
But i was waiting 3 days to receive it when I paying more money to receive it next day

Exactly how is advertised

I was disappointed that the delivery was delayed by a day, especially in this heat. Everything was received in good order and then my struggle with the hose and its fittings that are designed for sash windows and wondering how to vent the hot air with the least opening through one of my non sash windows.

I still haven't received my order and I'm in contact with delivery company (DPD) for several days, and their driver constantly ignores the delivery.
