I had an excellent experience with Green Electro Heating. They installed a Samsung 16kW heat pump along with a Joules 400L water tank, and the entire job was completed within just three days.

The team went above and beyond—after initially removing a 300L tank, they made the extra effort to install a 400L tank instead, despite the challenges of working within a very tight space. Their problem-solving and attention to detail really stood out.

The aftercare has also been fantastic, with great follow-up support following the installation. On top of that, they guided me through securing both the government grant and additional funding from Barclays, which made a huge difference.

Highly recommend—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Highly responsive, explained everything, and able to work with an unusual situation of installation at short notice of the heat pump in a house in the midst of renovation (when the boiler failed). Lots of follow-ups and check-ups to make sure all was working well and to answer questions. Everyone I have dealt with has a real can-do attitude, positivity and a willingness to problem-solve, unlike some of the bigger companies I spoke to while researching, who had a one-size-fits-all approach and were unable to consider anything out of their template.
