We bought a large TV ; after being used for 4 hours we noticed a deformation on the right-hand sided chasis. First we went to Alicante but were thrown out there by a very impolite woman. Finally the service department picked up the TV but the warranty department decided that either water was used to clean the chassis or it was faulty manipulated so it is not covered by the european 2 years warranty !!!
We will be starting a lawsuit and invite anyone to help us in getting these crooks the justice they deserve. We do not need your money, just testamonies and support in Court ! Our lawyer is Yrving Navarro from Figueras.
We want a new TV or money back, their apologies and we would like to see them published in all news coverage in Spain !

This company should not even get one star as they are even worse than others I bought a coffee machine off them the carafe/jug came smashed not cracked but completely smashed, I sent them 12 photos of the packing and damage, there was no packing just a black plastic bag, they have not even acknowledged the photos or my complaint, I asked for complaints book but that has also been ignored. I would never order anything else from them and encourage others not to do so.

This is the first and the last time I will buy from Electro Depot. I ordered an item from them to be delivered, but it never arrived.
Their delivery company SEUR fabricated a delivery note and forged a signature on it to make it look like the item had been delivered.
Electro Depot now ignore my emails, hoping I will just go away.
Altogether a very poor experience.
It now looks like I will have to take legal action to get my money back.
Ridiculous!
