Great fixed priced repair £129 good value!

Back in 2017 I spent quite a lot on Electrolux appliances and they came with a 5 year guarantee from ikea.
I think people are missing a trick here.
Electrolux offer a one off call out fee of £129 to fix anything on their appliances and this includes everything including the parts and labour and it’s guaranteed for 6 months. I’ve used this few times over the years and it’s been great and they have repaired various things. My appliances get a lot of use and this keeps them functioning perfectly. Good job!

Ordered AEG kitchen appliances…

Ordered AEG kitchen appliances including Induction Hub, Dishwasher, Oven and Fridge/Freezer from brand AEG (Electrolux) and got them installed in December 2024. Unfortunately my new fridge sounds like a tractor. And despite this fridge is brand new and under warranty Electrolux Customer Service has failed to fix the fridge or exchange it. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am forced now to go to the Small Claims Court to get this solved despite having a valid warranty on this fridge. Have never experience more hassle with any other brand. I would recommend do not got near AEG or ELECTROLUX branded items - not even honoring their warranty...
