Received my products within the Royal Mail 24 postage, well packaged and most importantly they work! Would buy from Electromod again

Absolutely class from Electromod.
Purchased a Schiit Lyr 2 which was delivered promptly and is a superb bit of kit.
Then decided to go ahead a buy the Schiit Bifrost multi bit. I contacted Mark who stated that they hadn't received their first batch at that point, but he'd let me know as soon as they arrived.
I received an email around three weeks later stating they had arrived and ordered straight away. Delivery was again top notch. I asked a number of questions regarding the products and always received replies swiftly.
Superb company, highly recommend using these guys, can't fault a thing.

Contacted them beforehand to confirm when Modi 2 Uber would be available, was given estimate and product website was duly updated on said date
They delivered Schiit Magni / Modi 2 Ubers plus additional cables as promised, all well packaged and under registered mail
No issues with supplier - would recommend if you want Schiit products in UK

really happy that i can get schiit audio gear from electromod in the uk.
only problem is that schiit is supposed to offer great sound at a realistic price, due to import though its raised back up so thats why only 4/5 stars.

Fantastic customer service and rapid delivery. When I had an issue with my order they very quickly resolved the issue with no problems.

Contacted the company several times and they were always helpful and once I had decided on what to purchase the turn around for delivery was very rapid.

Mark took my Schiit Bifrost Uber in for upgrade to Multi-bit, was very quick to answer all communication and turned it around to me in a day - the service couldn't be better in fact.

Great place to buy schiit products in the UK and the customer service side is really helpful. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

I spoke with Mark beforehand and requested next day delivery as I was in a rush to get the item. He said the item would be with me on the Friday.

Unfortunately he did not select next day guaranteed and Royal Mail did not deliver. More confusion was created when Electromod tried to have the item redirected to my house over the weekend and now Royal Mail has sent the item back to them without even actually attempting to deliver it.

Between Electromod and Royal Mail I am left £100 out of pocket and no Amp, Electromod will only do a refund when the item arrives back with them and it will then take a further 5 - 7 days. They took the money off my account before even shipping the item, does not seem fair.

Anyhow I am sure the kit is great but I will not get a chance to find out.

I cannot recommend Electromod.

Mark, you responded saying that I should have informed you the item must be next day, but this is exactly what I did. I contacted you before placing the order and told you I needed it next day, you then confirmed that it is in order, I have the transcript of the conversation. You also where the one who phoned Royal Mail and changed the delivery address which according to them created the confusion.

You could have shipped me a new item using a different courier, it would have arrived tomorrow and you would have got the other item back from Royal Mail. Or option two, you could have accepted the mistake and refunded me immediately considering the item was on its way back to you with Royal Mail. Instead you are leaving me out of pocket with no idea of when I will receive a refund.

Also you say that I was happy, at no point have I been happy, I have emailed you many times and clearly stated I was not happy. I am not sure how this was unclear.

*Update, sent me another item at their cost but communication soured so left it at that.

Getting hold of a magni2 and modi2 by Schiit customs free is most likely no easy task etc! but with these guys supplying within the UK there is no need to worry about all that nonsense. Fair prices, as well as the fastest dispatch and delivery around. Cheers!

I bought a small headphone amp (Schiit Magni) and DAC (Schiit Modi) from these guys.

The main contact is called Mark. When I rang him, he was overseas on holidays but was still determined to help me out.

I ordered at 10.30am on a Tuesday and received the item on Wednesday morning. That is an excellent lead time, especially considering I am in Northern Ireland.

The products were well packaged and are awesome.
