My promotion just started after many emails from me they finally replied and my promotion started today
I hope it is a great experience so far my experience has been ok. I am hoping the experience is excellent in the end and will become my go to for promotion of my tracks. I will be honest it took a while I was panicking but after emailing for a few days I got a reply. My promotion started. So I should see results soon. My original rating changed from one star to five

My songs have been taken down and my distributer removed my account. This is due to I believe Bots being used only just realised looking at reviews. I don’t know how to get everything put back up.

Its a big scam, they promise that its real but it is not, al the streams come from the same place and now a half year later Spotify removed my track beceause of fake streams.
Do not pay them for the fake service!

Do not use this scam company. They must be making a fortune off legitimate musicians just trying to boost the algorithms to get noticed. I’ve boosted 4 songs now. One of which was meant to be a special deal for two. Entered two separate Spotify track links and only one has boosted. Not to mention ALL the streams come from Helsinki in Finland. That is NOT organic streaming, that’s BOTS, pure and simple. Just waiting for Spotify to notice this now and take down my tracks and ban me. Gutted!

As an independent producer , EM is a great support to me. After contacting their support desk , their efforts truly hit the spot. No bots, AI input or else, but a real growth of my fanbase. Although I got mail from Spotify, both we checked all input and set clear, this is a good support for independent musicians. Keep up the good work.

I thought id give it a try as it seemed cheap compared to other networks. 15 dollars. I'd see whether or not the streams paid for themselves. Well after a few days my song got up over the 1,000 mark then increased from there, so I thought I'd try it with some of my other songs, as started to feel it was legit. But as you don't get paid until 2 or 3 months after by the distribution company, although it was showing the songs had registered, I had no money of yet. My songs kept going up and up. One got to 100,000 streams, another to 60,000, another to 45,000, another to 35,000 and another to 15,000. But then where they were streamed started showing in my account. All the streams were coming from a weird part of Finland. I began to feel suspicious. And then the news from my distribution company. My 1st song, 3 months after had been flagged for fraudulent streams and would be taken down and if this happened with any more, my whole catalogue would be taken down, not just from Spotify but off the distributor entirely meaning every distribution channel! But I'd already paid for them and that had already happened, so nothing I can do to stop it. Wrote to the distributors pleading but no joy. They're ruthless as are Spotify. Although it hasnt been taken down yet, I assume it will. I've spent hours upon hours upon hours uploading these making covers, typing in details and metadata, tags etc. This REALLY F****'s ME OFF. I'm so sick of these scam artists. And Facebook and Instagram freely allow them to advertise. They claim no bots. One ad had Snoop Dogg saying he used them. And somehow us artists are to blame for getting ripped off by these f*****s. We're punished more as the victims of this s**t. Facebook and Instagram are supporting scammers and Spotify punishing the people scammed not the scammers. This whole industry is f***** and up the wazoo! Spotify should have a means to stop bot streams before they happen. If they did none of this would happened. It's not the artist's fault!

BOTS/Songs got removed from Spotify =(
This was going great at 1st, had many streams, but got the bad news this morning that Spotify detected fake streams and my songs got pulled off of Spotify.

I’m sorry to say guys but this is a scam. The views are not authentic. Your music can get taken down for fake streaming violations. This company knows this and is still operating. Promote your music organically. Using this company is just like lying to yourself.

Don't trust these mfs. SCAMMERS. All their reviews are paid or faked. I got fooled by the reviews. They won't respond to your emails, your DMs on IG, nothing. Scammers.

SCAM. I've contacted them to get my song out of their list and they don't answer or remove the song. I've received a warning from Spotify and now I'm afraid they'll ban me

I paid for a certain amount of youtube exposure and the number didn't come close to what I paid for. The Spotify campaign underperformed as well. Never recommending this company to anyone

They keep sending email that package is coming but neither of my last 2 orders was fully fulfilled. I email them daily and they don’t respond.

FAF!! Don’t use this company at all you’ll be scammed. They done nothing but telling me via email that my package is coming and never did! Sent several emails and nothing. How do they still have a website. Pay Pal is handling the case and I blocked the monthly fee they charge.
