The world's first crypto with in app capabilities which has an impact in people's life is electroneum mobile wallet. Banking the unbanked, is a good reason to support them.

Great project with real world usage. Easy to use app, and plenty of interesting integrations in the pipeline. The potential for this project is massive.

A brilliant app, most of the people who give it a poor review dont send the right documents in for KYC and blame Electroneum for them not approving them

Awesome and very easy to use. I would encourage anyone to try the app. The negative reviews on here are from those who couldn’t provide the correct documents to verify their identity and others who wanted to make a quick buck but didn’t.

Extremely useful app that is free to download and easy to use. There seem to be some negative reviews but in the 4 years I’ve had the app I’ve only seen the highest professionalism.

I've been on the track since the ICO. Never had a problem with the app, paper offline wallets or the KYC. Some people just can follow instructions correctly. The only problem i had was with the exchange I had a small portion of my ETN with, but that's getting sorted. Keep up the good work. But please try to help out quicker, they try to drag you down.

Very hard working team. Adapt quickly with the quickly changing world of crypto with a focus on regulation

worst ever company. they will make the onboarding process straightforward but moving your money out of it will prove to be impossible as they ask for loads of information.

Absolute scam. Invested at ICO, all good until you want to move your coins out of their wallet, then they blame KYC for everything but do everything to keep your account locked. Over 6 months now of providing current and valid government issued identification, to have it rejected because it's over 10 years old, when it's 2 years old. And the reply is to send a current copy of the same identification that was already sent and rejected. Nobody ever answers emails, you can raise 1000 support tickets, you'll never hear from them or get a reply....This seems to be a common story with everyone, and then if you are one of the lucky few who can get their account unlocked you can't send your etn to any exchange or do anything with them. This whole project is nothing more than a floating log in the toilet of scams that just won't flush

Cannot deposit any ETN in any of the 6 exchanges I’m signed up with for trading. What’s going on here? So basically you can buy ETN but you cannot trade it for other crypto or sell it

Been with etn since ico, tried access my assets to find I had been locked out until kyc process completed, seemed simple enough, send some id and a photo, address etc, omg how wrong I was, its an absolute scam, and electronium is hiding behind kyc rules, and being as difficult as it possibly can. They say submit your broadband bill for example showing name and address, you do then a few weeks later you receive an email from no-reply@ saying its been rejected, no explanation what the issue is and no way to communicate with them to resolve. Spent 4 months already trying to get access to my assets and complete kyc, totally p.i s.sed with this company. As a comparison did kyc for coinbase in less than an hour. Electronium is a total joke steer well clear or you will regret

Update - after nearly a month - I was allowed to access my wallet again.

If you invest in ETN, plan on about a month of KYC prior to having access to your coins. I still don't feel very safe as they could lock it down again any time for any reason but since they did open it back up I changed my review to 2* from 1*.

Honest, law abiding people who pay taxes and, in good faith, attempt to pass through ETN's KYC process are being delayed and there is the appearance of irregularity to their process. Also, many of the reviews here are fake. I really wanted to like this project, but I find myself, a week after sending coins to an ETN wallet, locked out, after having spent 5-6 hours this week trying to pass KYC with a driver's license, a power bill, and answering lots of questions in phases. It's torture like the last review said, and it's real.

Hello, I am uploading my bank statement for the past 2 years but it is rejecting what is the problem why you people are torturing.

1/5 stars is too generous for these clowns. Absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have no concept of processes and their own departments are not aware of each other.

I've been waiting weeks to get my account approved but keep on hitting hurdles due to their own internal failings. Support? Yeah, good luck with that - I had to jump through hoops just to get my address changed (at THEIR request) - imagine if you had a proper issue? Yikes.

AVOID anything to do with ETN or you WILL regret it.
