after pickup they do refund but the…

after pickup they do refund but the problem is that the pickups are not happening since Dachser and UPs are not doing it . An easy way to keep the money . I was a happy customer when i order it now i am very unhappy with electronic star DO NOT BUY THERE THEY ARE IN NO WAY PROFESSIONALS
STILL WAITING ON REFUND AND THE PROMISSES / THE AGENTS ARE JUST TALKING TO KEEP YOU CALM

Don't buy anything from this company!!

Don't buy anything from this company!!! Two months ago I bought a record player from them. It arrived on time, but the loudspeakers are not working. I tried to contact them - no reply, I try to log in to get a return tag. The system does not accept the details that I have added from the tag I received from them. I have written emails several times, no one replies.
WARNING!! This is an utterly unserious company, do not order anything from them. I lost around € 200, so it is not that bad, but still very annoying!

BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND!

5 months ago, I bought a PondVac for 1600:- Sek. When it arrived and I tried it, it worked for one second only, then died. I contacted costumer service and they said I could send it back, which I did immediately. A week later, I got a message, they have had gotten it back to them and promised me paying my money back. All this happened during the first half of July 2022. Now, 5 whole months later, I have still NOT seen my money.

The purchase was made through PayPal, so I was thinking... fine, if Electronic-Star doesn't pay, I open a case at PayPal, which I did, but got the case closed to my surprise, as soon as it was opened. NO money from them either!

So I wrote to ES again and complained about the time going and not having my money back still. They answered (should mention: always 7-10 days at the minimun, sometimes several weeks later per email. I don't understand what takes such long time, every time) and said, they see that the refund was approved, but the money hasn't left their bank accounts. Why I ask, but no one knows.. so when I mention PayPal, ES's costumer service tells me, that they have cancelled their cooperation with PayPal. Hmmm... I wonder why?

Maybe because there were way too many payments that would have been refunded? I don't know, but knowing my own experience... you wonder over the reason for sure

Anyway... the next mail from ES instructed me, to send them my bank account information, so they could send me the money directly to my account. This was a month ago again!!!

Still NO MONEY...

Next step is the Police! I'm quite at the end of my patience with this...

So my advice to you all who reads this: DON'T BUY NOTHING!!!!!

Awful service, false specs

Awful service.
I ordered 2 speakers but only received one.
I e-mailed them and they said that the price was just for 1 speaker, but on the website it says “two speakers 500w each”.
All they said they could do is give me a 20€ voucher. So, they assumed the mistake but refuse to send me another speaker.
Won’t buy ever again!

Nah, wont be buying :/

Was going to order and got a new sub discount. The code didnt work and I mailed them several times. No answer. Trying to end the newsletter sub and my account, Its impossible. The Email-link to unreg is broken and there is no such option on their page :( The company is unreachable in every way.

Loved it

Encomendei uma batedeira Klarstein Bella Pico e adoro-a. Demorou umas semanas a chegar mas chegou, trabalha super bem. Após uns tempos da compra quis adquirir uma nova taça (para poder trabalhar com duas) e a assistência ao cliente é fenomenal. Não tenho queixa, recomendo vivamente.

I ordered a mixer Klarstein Bella Pico and I love her. It took a few weeks to arrive but it arrived, it works super well. After a few times of purchase, I wanted to buy a new glass (so I could work with two) and customer service is phenomenal. I have no complaint, I strongly recommend it.

Don’t buy

I bought a product and the delivery was up to speed, however the product in the box had no indication of fragility and had some aesthetic damage during its transport, I did not like the product and asked for a return on the same day I received it, until now everything more or less! however I do not recommend customer support is too slow and has no concern, since I made the payment through a prepaid card I sent the product in the box with a ticket with my iban and all the data, I also sent an email saying that for the refund they should pay attention and transfer to iban, 15 days have passed, and after i contact them again they send me an email indicating that they need my iban because the return gave error! it seems that they play with people I don’t recommend it at all I’m still waiting for the money back and there are over 100 euros the products do not compensate for the lack of attention and care!

Don't buy here.

I ordered a food dryer att the Swedish website of this company, found out later that the product was sent from Germany. This was not mentioned anywhere. Then of course the product was broken so i had to send it back. I got another item (of course it took a long time for shipping each time) and that was also broken. I asked them how to fix this problem but they only sent me a standard mail telling me that I had to send it back again and they would transfer the money back to my account. Due to that I do not consider buying anything there again.

1 star, due to the fact. Says 3-5 days for delivery:) 48h before they approve your purchase. Then another 5 days for UPS(low budget delivery) then another 2-3 days before delivery. So 3-5 days turns out to double the time👎
First and last time I'll purchase from electronic waste, including UPS!Update. Didn't want to w8 for the bad service, drove my self to pick it up. Got home and the bass of the speakers fell out. What to do, send it back or fix your self?? Fixed all the electronics myself, glued the bass and all good. Did it better myself!!!

Order is not moving anywhere in over 10…

They did answer email at last, and thy did resend a new product that i got just in time before Christmas,so they deserves 3 stars.

Order is not moving anywhere in over 10 days, don't answer Emails, Absolutely awful, suit your self if you buying from here and want to have your product(s) anytime soon..
Happily sends out email in Swedish where they want you to buy stuff, but don't have any Swedish costumer support.
