Zion made the day helping me with a refrigerator. I have purchased a 65” TV in the last two years and a Whirlpool washing machine and dryer. Now a refrigerator! He is always willing to help me find exactly what I want and need at my price 😊👍

The delivery of my washer was unprofessional.

Went to the store to upgrade my ring doorbell and clerk showed me a doorbell and indoor camera at a good price which I bought. We were discussing golf and he brought up the fact that y'all sold garmin watches, Fter looking up the features of the garmins, yall had one with the golf feature thT I bought for $150.
Only problem was that after loading my personal data, I was in the local Walmart and they had the same garmin on rollback for $20 less. I should have checked before making my impulse purchase. Thanks, Pat.

Our favorite appliance source for flip houses. Delivery is usually done within a few days and so far nothing has had any damage upon delivery. Nice helpful staff on the showroom floor as well !

We went into the store knowing what we wanted to purchase. The salesman went right to the product to show it to us. He told us about the available colors and we told him. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. That was great! It was nice not to be pressured into buying something other than what we went in for.

Store sent someone to re install dishwasher. It still is not working. Very poor service
I want a total refund and you can pick up this dishwasher. I apologize for that hot headed review. I was wrong. I hadn't noticed the GFI had tripped. The dishwasher works fine. I called the store manager and apologized to him also. My opinion of Electronic Express is very favorable. Great products, excellent prices and service.

Was knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns, and shipping & installation was a breeze by technically experienced individuals. A+ service and trusted for futured appliance needs.

This company is doing well stocking items that are of good quality and manufacturers and hiring people who seem educated about the products. Sam was our person and he did a wonderful job answering most of our questions outright and getting information when we asked something he was unsure of. The only negative we can report is that the store seems small and crowded and smelled of mothballs. We hope you can get a better space as we are remodeling our entire home and will be back to purchase other things. We enjoyed the experience of shopping there and hope to see Sam again when we return!

Bought a 75” Samsung television, arcade game with stool, and Samsung refrigerator. A month later and I still haven’t received the panels for the refrigerator. We have had several guests in the house and needless to say everyone questions why electronic express sold (and I bought) a refrigerator without panels.
