Horrible experience buying a dishwasher. I called and set up a chat before I bought it to make sure they could install the new dishwasher and haul away the old one. I was assured that would be the case so I ordered online (because they said I couldn't order over the phone). There was no installation option so I just ordered and then chatted with them after the purchase and they assured me they would call and set it up. Long story short, they just delivered it and left it outside my house with no clarity on what to do. It's a completely disaorganized place where the people on the phone and chat are not in the same system as when you order online. I will pay more and get Best Buy or Home Depot next time.

I placed an online order for in-store pick up, only to get to the store to be told it wasn't in stock. Then I had to call a service number to get the refund issued to my card. While it all worked out, it is a very outdated and flawed system. Inventory should be up to date for online ordering to avoid this situation in the future. The store staff was friendly and professional; the frustration is more about the inefficiency in the organization and processes.

The salespeople were knowledgeable about the product I needed. They were fast and efficient. Advice given was excellent and the appliance was delivered EXACTLY as promised!! We are repeat customers and always highly recommend Electronic Express.

The delivery men were outstanding in every way! They were efficient, prompt, attentive to detail and courteous. I can't say enough good things about these great delivery people. Prompt response and delivery.

Brand new oven does not work, got no help from Electronic Express and was left to figure this out on my own. For the price you pay for a nice oven you get zero in return. Will be taking our business elsewhere, once the deficit oven is returned.

Sales experience was good although installation was extremely poor resulting in not only shattered wall oven door but also damaged kitchen cabinet door. Installation team failed to follow basic installation instructions found in manual: (1) did not remove both wall oven doors to reduce weight and (2) did not install spacer feet resulting in improper fit. One of the installers told my wife we needed a trim piece to correct poor fit caused by spacer feet not installed consistent with installation instructions. We are still searching for a solution to resolve our damaged cabinet door as stain color match is a challenge. Very disappointing experience!

Electronic Express in Franklin made it so easy to purchase my washer and dryer and it was so easy to get it delivered. They kept me updated often on when my equipment was getting delivered and they installed it for me. Would definitely choose Electronic Express Franklin again!

A friendly, knowledgeable young man demonstrated different Dyson vacuums for us. He also sold us a small chest freezer. We love both items which we purchased at Electronics Express that evening.
