Easy to order and delivery was accurate and timely. My only complaint was that they put the unit at the garage door, upside down without notification and I was home and available. The box was mangled, but the unit was intact. I reached out with pictures and representative was quick to reply, which was reassuring.

I will say a nervous due to some of the reviews I saw about ordering online but took a chance cause the price was too good to pass up im glad to say everything arrived quick and in good shape have not tested them (speakers yet) as im waiting on my AVR but they look Mint so if there is a issue I would say its on the manufacture so 10/10 for online order and Delivery

They violated my consumer rights under UDAAP.
I saw a laptop online, they offered 0% interest if I applied for their credit card. I applied and was approved. I then called customer service to see if I could go to the local store to get the laptop as I saw they had it in stock and he told me I could. When I got to the store they refused to sell me the laptop for the price listed on the website. Wanted me to pay almost $1000 more. Their corporate office was no help. A District manager was supposed to reach out and never did. Avoid this place at all cost. All they care about is their commission and taking customers money. I had a hard inquiry on my credit under the false pretense I could buy a laptop I saw online.

Great customer service at pick up.

I purchased a GE washing machine three years ago and it has been a nightmare. I purchased an extended warranty and have called three times to fix the wobbling and miserable use of this washer. Two technicians came out to repair the issue, and it still is not fixed. I called the warranty company at EP and they said I was just outside of the warranty expiration and refuse to repair the same issue that I reached out to fix while under the warranty. After being a customer for several years and spending thousands, I will never purchase another item from this company. They sell junk and lemons.
