Lemons and Junk
I purchased a GE washing machine three years ago and it has been a nightmare. I purchased an extended warranty and have called three times to fix the wobbling and miserable use of this washer. Two technicians came out to repair the issue, and it still is not fixed. I called the warranty company at EP and they said I was just outside of the warranty expiration and refuse to repair the same issue that I reached out to fix while under the warranty. After being a customer for several years and spending thousands, I will never purchase another item from this company. They sell junk and lemons.

Shipping is very quick for an appliance, less than a week and I live in the middle of nowhere. The fridge/freezer is very nice and I'm considering buying another so I can have a matching freezer. The reason for only 4 stars is because the first attempt was damaged and I had to call the company 3 times to get the full refund.
