When I found out that the delivery charges to Spain were outrageous, they offered me an immediate refund of the amount paid for the ordered item (I had not paid delivery so far) and proceeded with the refund in a few minutes. Great, folks!

I was not sure exactly what I needed…
I was not sure exactly what I needed and so sought advice. I was given two solutions both of which would have worked. Once I had decided on what I wanted the order was dispatched quickly and the items delivered did the job required. Very good service and prompt. I would use again and would recommend.

Quick with response to initial contact about replacement parts, with good prices. Time to deliver was a bit longer than indicated but was to be expected since the parts were coming from a different company. Will definitely do business again if/when needed.
