Item not as advertised then ELECWISH make that your problem, wish I had never bought from this company only way this will get resolved is by involving Trading Standards and then ELECWISH won’t provide details of their legal department.

no support on product purchases

i bought a chair from Walmart, and it was great until it wasn't. i had purchased a three year extended warranty because things do happen, and when i needed to use it, i was ignored on every platform they have. they didn't answer emails, either from the Walmart site where i purchased it, not on their website directly, not their facebook or messenger, and not even to the BBB. worst most non existent customer service ever, and they don't stand behind their products or honor the warranty. if you can spend the money on a different product do so.

Contact customer service they they say there is nothing they can do "GO BUY SOME RUST REMOVAL" w..t..f.. is that gonna do?? . Garbage material and poor customer service.. I order a vanity for my granddaughter and I got it with a UK plug for the mirror cant use it because I don't have the right usa plug and the wood was split and I call my credit card and told they it was damaged and they call and the company said that they never received any of my emails and I never contacted them but I send them to my credit card and they never gave me a refund because they said that it was damaged and I sent them pictures

Deceptive Company

I ordered a pool reel for $159 and when it arrived one of the parts was missing. After some back and forth (and after sending photos of what I did receive) the missing part was shipped and arrived approximately one week later. When I assembled the reel, I discovered that it would not work for my pool cover so I contacted them for a return. I was told that I could not return the item because it had been more than 30 days since I received the original shipment. I explained that it had been less than 21 days since I received the missing part but they still refused the return. I would never purchase anything from them again!

Awful Company to deal with

Didn't ship my product at first, blamed fedEx, and then sent the wrong thing. Refused to take it back, would only partially refund (less than a third) because they wouldn't exchange it. Horrible company! Don't buy anything from them.
