The site was easy to browse especially with the dresses sets and new arrivals separated clearly. I ordered a simple maxi dress and liked that it did not feel too heavy for a summer event. Customer support details were easy to find too which made me feel more comfortable before placing the order.
The checkout was straightforward which I appreciated because I was ordering in a bit of a rush. My parcel was dispatched quickly the tracking worked properly and the dress arrived neatly packed. I also liked seeing the 30 day return option clearly mentioned even though I ended up keeping my order.
Returns and refund options were flexible.
I picked up a lace midi dress for a wedding weekend and it looked much nicer than i expected for the sale price. The fit felt feminine without being uncomfortable and the free delivery made the order feel like an easy win.
The experience is not a problem. Merchandise is good quality. The only problem is the delivery takes too long to get to my address.

The trousers had a relaxed fall the top matched well and the whole set looked smart enough for dinner without feeling too formal. Delivery was free which made the final price feel even better. I did have to steam it before wearing but that is normal with most packed clothing. I was happy with how wearable it looked once styled.
My blouse arrived soon after ordering and was packaged well. It looks like the photo. It was quite wrinkled and required laundering and pressing. After all that it looks great! It fits well except for the cuffs which are a little too large for my wrists.
