My experience with the company

I ordered a bracelet and and I put it on and started wearing it well within 1 week, the screw came undone. And it fell off down my sleeve. Luckily enough, I was able to retrieve it. Put it back on well that lasted about 3 days. It fell back off, and I have no idea where it went. I told them about it. They gave me a gift card for 20 bucks. So I went and ordered a bracelet. And then I found out it was out of stock. Now if you look at most of their ADS, it says it before you order it. So you don't order that this one didn't have that on there. So I write them and tell them about it, and They apologized and told me to if I wanted to order another one. And I had to get back to them and tell them I had a discount with the first one. Well, then they gave me a discount of $5. The original one was for $20. Now they gave me 1 for $5. So now they've screwed me out of all that money and insulted me. I think their quality is terrible. And I would really be careful buying one of their bracelets. I won't buy one, and they're just not what they say. They are they advertise and being able to beware every day. And now you can't, you can't wear them every day. You might be able to wear them out 1 day. Day and bring it bring it home and take it off.But you can't wear it every day

Just Say No to Elegatto!

Elegatto.com was having a sale so I purchased 3 products. I emailed them because my order still said processing for over a week. I get an email saying we're so sorry bla bla bla they don't have 2 of the 3 items in stock & they were trying to get me to buy something else and I refused. Isn't it illegal to advertise something that you don't have and taking money for it online?
They held my money for almost 2 weeks and sent the refund a couple of days later, I think this is some kind of a bait and switch situation to get me to buy products at regular prices and remove my discount. The communication (if you want to call it that) was terrible durning this time. Just don't do business with this company. A few days layer they send me a email flyer which I can not unsubscribe from. If I get any more I'd need help fixing this. Just don't buy from them so you don't have to go through what I did!

I ordered a bracelet with expedited…

I ordered a bracelet with expedited shipping on 12/20. On 12/22 I received an email saying my ordered had been shipped and I would get tracking info in the next 24-48 business hours (whatever that means? 2 days or 3-6 days?)
When I clicked on the lock to tracking the usps site says tracking not available. I have reached out to customer service via email 3 times. On 12/38 I did receive a response saying that my claim would be “elevated to the fulfillment department”. It’s is 1/6 and I have had no further responses from Elegatto despite two additional emails from me. I have called the number that I listed and called some random person in Seattle Washington!! Not sure why I paid for expedidite shipping if over two weeks later I still do t have the order and no one from the company is responding to me. Very frustrated

Disappointed After the Hype

Disappointed After the Hype

I purchased two men’s bracelets as Christmas gifts, and while the advertising was impressive—stylish photos, sleek branding, and promises of quality—the actual product didn’t live up to the hype.

The bracelets looked nice at first glance, but the materials felt cheap and flimsy in hand. Even more frustrating, they’re nearly impossible to put on without help. It took two people just to secure them, which makes them impractical for everyday wear.

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately, the quality and functionality just weren’t there.

Elegatto is the Grinch who stole my husband’s Christmas!!
Non existent service. Tracking link said it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response ( there is no phone # posted anywhere) only an automated email that says to file complaint with USPS. There was plenty of time to ship a replacement out in time for Christmas if they had been responsive, but now my husband will not get a gift. Bah humbug. If there were zero stars on the review I’d choose that, but 1 was the lowest.

I have been caught out AGAIN by one of these shitty ‘shops’.
Terrible quality.
The packaging must cost more than the flimsy, crappy item!
Also, absolutely pointless trying to return it to Los Angeles … it will cost more than the bloody ‘bracelet’.

Terrible quality

Don’t be fooled by the images online. The bracelet that arrived is thin, flimsy and frayed. The poor quality is a total ripoff as is the company’s non-refundable policy. Do not buy.

Very bad experience overall

it is the worst experience, it's been more than 20 days since I ordered and I didn't receive my shipment yet, the tracking number is wrong which is suspicious itself, I can't reach the courier service, and my local postal office don't have any clue about the order, I'm chasing the order like crazy while I don't have to go into this hustle and worry and keep receiving false alarms of failed attempts to deliver while I gave all my contact and delivery details, the company is not reliable and their response rate is not good and they don't have solutions for your problem, their tracking system is not working, they sent me to contact another courier not the same one I have on the tracking website, then asked me to contact my local postal office, they are all over the place literally! I don't recommend at all. and plus you will have to pay extra fees for delivery and clearance which is unreasonable!!!

China quality

I must share my extremely disappointing experience with the brand. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, and the screw on the head of the bracelet kept undoing itself. Eventually, the bracelet fell off somewhere while I was on the go.

I purchased the product because I believed in the political cause of Ukraine and had read theoretically good reviews. However, when I saw that the delivery came from China, all the talk about carefully selected materials seemed rather misleading. I doubt they have any real control over the quality of production there.

Additionally, I have continued to receive text messages from your newsletter despite having unsubscribed which is a feature of spam brands
