Really happy, bought a fridge £300 cheaper than the current sale price due to a scratch on the front of one of the four doors. The delivery was fantastic - be sure you measure your doors for big fridges as we had to go through our back conservatory doors. They took away packaging even thought I hadn’t added that as an extra and gave my young son a Teddy Bear!

I can not praise this company enough. I had a problem with a cooker and they dealt with it swiftly and without drama. Their employees are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Hazel

Ordered a washing machine during January from Elek Direct. I have used them before so I know what to expect “ excellent service”. The item was priced with a significant discount because there were slight imperfections on the machine. These imperfections are clearly shown in the photographs online but if you have any queries you can contact them. When the machine arrived and I unpacked it I could see no imperfections!
The delivery is very good and you are kept informed all the way. Once you have chosen the delivery day you receive a four hour time slot for that day. The delivery guys keep you informed all the way by contacting you on your telephone. Therefore it is important to make sure you give your correct telephone number! Excellent service from Elek Direct and their delivery team. This company are fully recommended!

Easy to order and the damage mentioned on the site to the item I bought was accurate. Delivery was on-time and the two guys who dropped it off were very friendly and helpful.

So pleased with my purchase, Hoover washing machine, damage wasn’t really visible. First class updates about delivery, very prompt, friendly professional delivery gentleman.

Good vfm item as it had a small dent at the back which can't be seen. Good cs when ordering, dropped a * for the 2 grumpy delivery men, a smile costs nothing!

I bought a gas hob from ElkDirect - minor cosmetic damage - at a price a lot cheaper than it would have been normally. It arrived quickly, free, and I am delighted with it.
But its the after sales service I want to highlight which was probably better than any other company I've bought from. it was Dale who was answering my emails, always answering quickly (sometimes within minutes) and helpfully.
I asked the manufacturer how best to polish the scratch out, but they had no idea. I mentioned this to Dale who then trawled the internet for me, and emailed back with a list of possible ways to try. I was stunned and can't rate ElekDirect highly enough. Good prices are a bonus, but great customer service is the more important thing. ElekDirect will now be my first site to check out in the future.

What a fantastic company and staff wow. I purchased a fridge freezer for my garage not realising that I would need one for that purpose I just ordered as I should which was not good as it would not work in my garage due to temperature control would turn it off. But after communicating with Elek Direct they were so brilliant they swapped it over explaining that it needed to have what Beko call Freeze Guard. Now I know. Please do not make the same mistake talk to the brilliant staff like Dale explain what you need and why he will have all the answers, also his manager who agreed to swapping it over. Thank you so much it means so much to me.

I was looking for a fridge freezer with large capacity and dryer. I was happy to find a American fridge freezer and dryer with 30% discount. The marks on the fridge is not noticeable. The dryer is a recent model. Good admin communication, easy to choose my delivery date (3 days), called 1 hour before and delivered with care. It's been a month and they are working perfectly.

Ordering and delivery excellent.
Lovely drivers and appreciated the little Teddy for my grandson.
Machine very good value.
Definitely recommend 👌
