Excellent service! Ordered an air conditioning unit and got it delivered in less than 24 hours! Tom was amazing in customer service

I have been calling the help line for weeks, there is no answer and the phone goes dead, I even sent an email requesting a manual fro the remote and enquiring about buying a couple of bathroom heaters and another 2000w radiator. I wouldn't recommend these guys if you want after sales service, it doesn't get any worse.

I ordered 4 radiators on 1st June - in time for winter, so I thought. One was the wrong size , ie not the size I ordered. The company agreed to remove it and supply a new one, which they did - also the wrong size!
Having initially agreed to remove the radiator and refund me within 48 hours, after 6 phone calls, with people not getting back to me, they have now decided they can't remove it for another 2 weeks due to ' logistics'. Understandably they want the radiator back before refunding me, but this means I can't order from another supplier until I get my money back.
Although they initially apologised, the tone of the phone calls started to become increasingly tetchy. I will now be without a radiator or refund for almost 3 months from the date of ordering, having to stay home & wait for deliveries on 3 occasions, with no offer of compensation for inconvenience & poor service.
The radiators I've got are fine, and the staff have been polite, but I'd advise you not to order from this firm if you're at all choosy about what they actually deliver & when.

I am extremely unsatisfied with service and product sold. I bought Premier Air – Cool Air & Hot Plate worth £420.00 at discounted price of £149 just year ago. I was told all Fisher products come with 2 year warranty. The heater is not working and when I complaind they are now saying that this does not come with the extended warranty because it was sold at reduced price... does this means that the company is selling defective products at reduced price? Just feel cheated and dont trust them anymore. I think it is better to buy directly from manufacturers even if you are paying bit more.

If you are looking to update your heating system then you should contact Elektro Store, We contacted them from an online search, we spoke to Paul Berridge he was absolutely brilliant, he advised how the system worked etc in a way even we could understand. We purchased the aquafficient 6 and Paul kept us up to date with the delivery/installation times and called to make sure we were happy with everything. The Customer Service is second to none, Paul is so friendly he goes that extra mile for his customers. Thanks Paul for all your help

Lucy was very helpful in preparing and reviewing my quote. We had some teething difficulties regarding delivery but these were quickly sorted out.

Purchased 2 premier smart heat radiators a fortnight ago, they came on next day delivery and took me roughly 30mins each to install on wall. Initial problem with dodgy thermostat ,but sales team Paul and Lucy got a new one out to me by first class post next morning. Delighted with performance especially as weather conditions have been minus 3., and yet they still warm up a very large conservatory. Very economical to run and would reccomend them to anybody.

Ordered new heating system for office building and system was delivered within a few days.

From the minute I called with an initial enquiry to a full after sales follow up call I have been totally impressed with this company.
I purchased 5 x Novo Rads over the phone with Paul. He was helpful, full of good sound advice, and a pleasure to buy from.
IN addition the radiators are being delivered on a day of my choice, very quickly.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The item purchased was promised to be delivered last Friday. Till now i have heard nothing.

Think it would be helpful if the screws came with the wheels as they need to be self tapping ones ...and as the wheels arnt cheap they should come with the screws

whoever i spoke to was extreamly helpfull,and guided us to the radiator we needed for our conservatory.

Phoned to order think I spoke to a manager very helpful got sorted will buy again next day delivery top Mark's from meeven got discount price easy too fit
