Great service

Very good experience working with Steff and the team! They're helpful and talk you through the whole process explaining everything carefully. Some of the terms were confusing to me but the team helped explain carefully.
Would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family

Avoid

Brokered utility contracts for our business and the experience has been absolutely awful. Multiple failed promises, payment discrepancies and ongoing supplier issues without resolution.

Hi Sean, I’m really sorry that you feel this way however everytime I’ve said I would call the supplier and the retailer I have on your behalf, as you know I’ve escalated this to the retailer and supplier as well as our TPI manager and I’m awaiting responses from him and Chris which is the customer service manager, as you know I can only reply when I get one myself, which I have chased everyday. We have all the call recordings , call logs and emails to back up our promises that have been fulfilled and think this is a very unfair review on your behalf given you already aware of this information, especially seen as though you have not come to us to allow us to give you a resolution or told us this is how you feel. Like I’ve promised I will chase up the resolution from the retailer on your behalf however as you know most complaints take up to two weeks for a response and it’s only been 3 days.

Highly Recommend

Stephanie has helped me with my business accounts, her knowledge was second to none and the amount she's helped my business save is fantastic. I have not had to worry about any part of it and it's all been so smooth. Stephanie's customer service skills were brilliant, I highly recommend her to help anyone with their energy and water needs 👍
