I have looked into this further for you and can see that the item ordered by yourself was on backorder.
This means we do not keep stock of this item but will instead order this from our supplier when one is ordered from ourselves.
In this case, when we attempted to order this from our supplier, they informed us that they will no longer be able to provide us with any further stock which led to your order being cancelled and a refund being processed.

Good experience
I ordered twice. They have stock always well supplied and offers a wide variety of products. Second time I got issue cause of the French delivery service (not Element Games fault) and they have been very pro and refound me without issues. The only comment i have is: "please open a store in France !".
