I initially ordered the Red Leopard EKOSY, a new design that came with a wait long for delivery. However, the delivery date passed with no updates, and I had to repeatedly chase the customer services team for information. I was eventually told there was a delay due to a shortage of zips for production, followed by further delays resulting from manufacturing issues. This unacceptable wait time, combined with growing concerns about the item's quality, led me to cancel the order.

Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to give Element Karbon another chance (as I wanted a bright colour coat) and ordered the EKOSY in Blue Wave, which was on sale and listed as in stock for immediate delivery. This arrived promptly, and I was impressed by its bold, eye-catching design. The EKOSY is warm and looks fantastic, but, unfortunately, it has significant functional issues.

The main zip frequently gets stuck, forcing me to step in and out of the garment, which is frustrating. The sleeve zips are also of poor quality, often opening on their own - a real issue when trying to stay warm and dry. While the EKOSY is cheerful and unique in design, it feels like a "style over substance" purchase. I have emailed customer services about the zip issues, but the email is yet to be answered.

The customer service experience left much to be desired, and the long wait for the initial order was unacceptable. If you're considering buying an EKOSY, I strongly recommend reading the sizing guide carefully (you’ll likely need a size smaller than expected) and ensuring the item is in stock to avoid delays. While I love the design, the overall experience and quality make it difficult to recommend wholeheartedly.

Great product and fast delivery.

The leggings are really comfy and fit well. Great colour too. The sports bra was too small however

They have nice products, and good customer service. But the first jacket I ordered from them was delayed, and when it finally arrived one of the wrist straps was missing (and seemingly torn off at the seams).

My second order was eternally delayed (still haven’t received it) and while communication is steady about the status, it’s still disappointing. I only order from them as one of my favorite bands seems to do all their merch through this company, so there’s not much choice. I will reluctantly order from them in the future.

Ordered and delivered with 24 hours! I found the size guide useful which meant I ordered a size smaller than I would normally, but they fit well. Lovely leggings but could do with a slightly larger pocket at the back as had trouble getting my phone in there. Overall lovely leggings and great service

Third pair of leggings purchased from Element Karbon and they’re all fantastic. Great customer service too, there was a problem when they came to pick my recent order, I was emailed promptly with different replacement options and even offered express delivery at no extra cost due to the delay. Many thanks to Scott in customer service team who sorted this and kept me informed. Definitely my go to brand for sports wear.

Really nice leggings. Delivery was really quick. Leggings fit really well and have a good size pocket. I love that EK are so inclusive of smaller sizes too.

Easy ordering system fast postage

I've bought 3 styles of leggings and they are all buttery soft, squat proof, comfortable and as a bigger woman wanting to do more exercise it was so nice to find a local company who actually cater to my size.

Fast service and online advise ,just for anyone wondering i have a dryrobe I'm 5ft an size 18/20 top with an ample behind and the small fits great the medium would have been too big ,but I love my bitcrush , ,grooovy
