I haven't received my coat yet and haven't any news on when I do receive it no tracking details or any other reference

Ordered 4 weeks ago only to be told after the fact the item was not in stock and would be delivered as soon as it was. 2 weeks after this, I received an email saying it had arrived in the UK and would be dispatched within 2 days. A further 2 weeks on, I still haven't received my order and have not had a response to communication. I have opened a case through Paypal to get my money back.

Not received the product how can I rate it

I recently ordered an EKOSY WILDERNESS. It did not arrive within the 10 day delivery slot so I contacted customer service.
The customer service was outstanding - a quick reply to my query followed by the dispatch of a coat.
The coat itself is beautiful - lovely pattern and well made - I am actually praying for bad weather so I can wear it 😊

I had to contact customer service to get some advise on what size would be suitable for me due to me being on chunky side and short. They advise me on the size so I went ahead and placed my order. I picked one of the wonderful bright coloured Changing Robe Blue wave. To my surprise when it arrived a few days later I was blown away with the sizing and quality. I would highly recommend these Robes. I feel extremely warm and cozy in it and that’s what you want. Thanks I’m in my element x

There was a small issue with my coat on arrival.
I emailed the customer service and had a quick reply with instructions how to return the item…..all done and turned around within a week.
Would definitely buy again from them ….love my new coat 👍

Great product but took a long time to arrive.

Pre Ordered Blue wave ekosy 26th January 2024 received an email to say it was delayed due to the courier not picking up the parcel from manufacturer. Then received email to say should be delivered to them by march 31st and hopefully on way to me early April here we are nearly half way through and still no coat ! No updates! Tried ringing just get answer phone if not heard anything soon will try to recoup losses through card company. Not happy think I would avoid if I were you .

Fast delivery. Note, sizing is huge, I wear a 16/18 like my clothes big and am 5’6”
Ordered a M delighted as to how roomy is it.
If I had to find a negative it would be it’s slightly on the heavy side. This is not deterring me from loving and keeping the coat though!

Preordered a ekosy in January, it was supposed to be due mid March then I checked again as I hadn’t heard anything and it had changed to 31st March it’s currently 2nd April and still had no dispatch notification and zero email updates. Really think they should be at the very least updating the order status via email.

Love my Robe and colours are so vibrant!! Wish they had chest pockets on outside or if i could maybe buy some extra fabric to make some ???

The Ekosy is amazing. Harder to get hold of than hens teeth but absolutely worth the wait. I got lucky and found one in my size outside of the pre-order and no regrets.
Purchased for festivals and dog walks its amazing and worth every penny.
I'm a bigger girl and the fit is fantastic. The size guide on the website is spot on, it fits exactly as described.
Already looking to purchase the next one

Great design and colours – sizing as Dry Robe. I’m size 14 and 5 foot eight and bought a medium which is generous enough as a robe. if waring is a coat only I would size down.
Only negatives were a little untidy with loose threads on the inside, which could’ve been tidied up before sending as a premium product. Otherwise, very happy thank you.
