Elementor Support was excellent.
The support team was patient, professional and very thorough during the troubleshooting process. They carefully reviewed the Elementor editor structure, responsive behavior, frontend rendering and widget settings.
After extensive testing, they successfully identified the real cause of the issue — an unexpected Paragraph Spacing value inside the Text Editor widget that created a large vertical gap on desktop and landscape views.
I especially appreciate their persistence, clear communication and willingness to investigate the issue step by step.

I used Elementor for around two years and, during that time, everything worked well. I generally had a good impression of the product.
However, when I decided to cancel my subscription, the experience became extremely frustrating. I was unable to cancel it through the dashboard, so I contacted support. Unfortunately, there was no real customer support available, only AI chat support.
The AI assistant confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled, yet Elementor continued trying to charge my account repeatedly. I went through the cancellation process a second time and still had the same issue. I also tried multiple ways to reach an actual person for assistance, but I was never able to get proper support.
While I was happy with Elementor as a product, the cancellation and support experience left a very negative impression on me. Feeling stuck in a payment loop that you cannot easily get out of is not acceptable. Based on this final experience, I would not recommend Elementor.

Ray was helpful in helping diagnose a retail url we have that is supported on Shopify since I couldn't see the pages on our current site. He also provided some assistance for backing up manually before I activate new features on our current site.

I’m honestly exhausted with Elementor’s constant updates, UI changes, feature relocations, and shifting workflows. The learning curve keeps increasing not because users need more advanced tools, but because basic functions keep moving or changing.
This is a paid service. I’m paying to build and maintain a website — not to repeatedly relearn the platform or spend hours debugging issues introduced after updates.
My site had previously working templates and content. After recent changes, HTML/Text Editor behavior became unstable, pages stopped rendering consistently, and existing workflows became unreliable. I lost hours rebuilding content that had worked before.
This is not an isolated inconvenience anymore. Frequent interface changes, experimental features becoming defaults, and rendering inconsistencies are creating instability for users maintaining live websites.
I need an explanation of what changed, whether this is a known issue, and whether Elementor is actively addressing these regressions. I also want to know why existing functionality is repeatedly disrupted after updates.
I expect stability from a professional paid platform. Right now, maintaining my site feels unnecessarily difficult because of Elementor itself.
Finally you have to pay to have technical support, not the software but a subscription to have technical support.
