My experience with Elena Stil has been unsatisfactory.
Having ordered a pair of shoes described as ‘100% leather, comfortable’, I received an entirely synthetic product, smelling of petrol and very uncomfortable, which did not correspond to the measurement of the size ordered using the measurement chart in cm.
I should also mention that although the right of return states that the costs are to be borne by the customer, it does not specify that these costs amount to between 50 and 60% of the price. This detail is provided when you contact customer service.
The company should provide reliable descriptions of items and specify in its clauses the real cost of a return so that consumers can judge the quality of the product and services before placing an order.

We orferes shoes and a matching dress. After 1 wek we got information shoes not available in size ordered but and got proposal to take it in to sizes smaller they also should fit. After we delined and asked to send money back, we got offer to choose something for same amount or get coupon. We suspicious and asked full amount of money back, this multiple times!! This was fully ignored, they finally "accepted" cancellation of the shoes but not the dress. After 2 weeks after order we got information that dress has been sent. Money for the shoes is not retourned yet.
They also announce good quality and well produced goods, but when I read other reviews the dress sent out will rather be very bad quality and this also seems not to be the trough. THEREFORE DO NOT ORDER HERE

Order arrived late and the wrong product was shipped. I am trying to initiate a return and they are non-responsive. It is cheap junk from China. It is not a dutch company. Misleading and terrible quality. Do not purchase from this business.

Made and ship from China. If you g9ogle th3 address its a small hut somwhere nowhere... Very fishing. Claim shipments w8thin 6-10 days to Switzerland... More like 6-10 weeks... Complete loss of money DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!!
