TOTALMENTE INAFFIDABILE
Ho ordinato una camicia "federica" nera taglia M e ho ricevuto un vestito nero taglia xl nonostante i miei innumerevoli solleciti per sapere dove rispedire la merce sbagliata, nulla il silenzio più totale.
Si tratta di un sito totalmente anonimo, non c'è una partita IVA non c'è un indirizzo né un numero di telefono o una sede la merce parte dal corriere SDA come mittente. Non c'è nemmeno una mail ma solo una pagina da compilare ed inviare senza il destinatario. Ho segnalato il sito alla Polizia postale e alle associazioni consumatori. Spero che lo blocchino al più presto.
