After being asked to send £7000 to a random bank account so I could gain access to the fake '£30K' that my small investment apparently made in the space of only 4 months (which isn't possible), I finally realised that this website is a huge scam. Unfortunately it took me too long to realise. They are not authorised by the FCA, FINMA or anybody else. I've also just realised that after their fake reviews on Trustpilot get taken down, the same fake names pop up again with more fake 5 star reviews. It is just simply not possible to make 10x what you deposited in only 4 months, otherwise everyone on Earth would be rich and this 'Elenoxone' would be all over the news. They are also using real IPO events as a way to get people to send tens of thousands to them. Another thing that really stands out is the fact that some of the scammers get angry when you don’t invest when they ask you. One of their ‘employees’ named Richard Konig was very aggressive with me when I turned down the constant requests to invest several thousands. He started telling me that I need to think about my future, and at one point he was trying to pressure me to withdraw all my money from my ISA to invest. This is not something a legitimate company would do. I started to ignore them in November once I realised the website is a scam, and I have since reported them to several fraud teams. However, they still try to call me multiple times every day. I now understand that I need to do a TON of research before sending money to any company. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY TO THIS WEBSITE, AS YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely a Scam
This is a Scam company found out at my little expense!
Since July they have phoned me on different numbers over 30 times very annoying.
I on many occasions asked for my money back but nothing happened. So don’t be fooled and part with your money.

Still waiting for my money to be withdrawn
Still waiting for them to send me my money that I requested to be withdrawn on the second of October. My account manager is George Andrew (seems like they are using false names) he hasn't contacted me or responded to the 'live' chat in three weeks. I ring the compliance department everyday to ask them to action my withdrawal request, they are a joke to say the least, all they do is claim them send an email to the account manager. Absolutely joke of a company do not interact with them they are all scammers! They are also being investigated by the market regulators.
Just give me my money
Just give me my money, I'm not concerned about what you have to say anymore. over two weeks and I still ain't get. I wonder how long I have to wait to get paid. Not worth it. Just two months of getting on, and EIite EcheLon, already processed couple of my take outs. I hold them in high regard.
I have had a very negative experience…
I have had a very negative experience with the company from day one. I started trading with them in June 2024 with a small investment of £250, which had to be deposited via a learning platform. Researching the platform, I found that the company was only registered in May 2024. That is a red flag on its own.
The first initial call was 'short and sweet' with a guy with an English name and surname, but based on the accent, after asking him where he was from, he confirmed he was from Ukraine. The second call with him a week later was about explaining to me that if I wanted to grow my trading portfolio, I would need to invest more to start getting traction. So I topped my money to £1k, with the same procedure. The third call was when the aggressive nature of the trading manager came out. That's when the pressure to invest more started. Shaming, aggressive language, bro marketing tactics to pressure me to invest £100k, and he didn't care where the money came from, I should remortgage the house, get a loan, etc. When I refused, suddenly, my investments were negative. When I approached him about it, he replied he would look into it. Sadly, he never did.
A day later, I received another phone call from someone who claimed to be the account manager, saying that my account was on hold because my previous trading manager didn't want to deal with my account. I requested for my account be closed down. However, I was told that I couldn't close it down. I have to first generate a trading portfolio of £500k before I can request a liquidation of my account. He said he works with 100 accounts and generates a commission of £2 million a year, and he wants his money so he can drive his Lamborghini. I was told I was not a smart woman; if I were smart, I would find the £100K to invest. When I refused to talk to him and requested that my account to be closed down, he put the phone down on me.
Several abusive calls followed every single day. Then, I had a call that my account would be closed. I just had to be patient; it would take five working days. However, nothing happened. They reopened my account and started trading. I stopped all the trades and requested my funds to be paid to me. Weeks later, no funds were received, they were just sitting in the pending request.
A week later someone else called me, apologising for how I was treated and stating that the people I spoke to were no longer part of the team. This time, I talked to an American guy. He tried his best to explain things to me. There was even an opportunity to invest for the upcoming event with a challenger bank entering the London stock exchange, so I invested another €2K into the shares. The process of adding funds in this case was completely different.
However, I only had the opportunity to speak to this guy a couple of times. Then I suddenly got more calls from a completely new person, this time from a finance department, where I was informed about my closing balance and the commission I had to pay them to trade on my behalf. I was aware there would be a commission on my profits. However, they requested the commission to be paid upfront and in crypto, so yet again, I was pressured to open a crypto wallet so I could pay the commission, and then they would release my funds. When I enquired about the reason behind it, the answer was it had to be done this way because of money laundering. They can't take out the commission and pay me the rest because the money in the trading account has to be paid to the account trustee/owner, me. Paying commission upfront and in crypto screams like a scam to me.
Despite the red flags, I take full responsibility for my decisions and investments. This is the first time I am trading, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. The trading world is not for the lighthearted, but this company definitely has a lot of red flags—every call they make is from a different UK mobile number, and they refuse to communicate via email, so nothing is in writing. They keep changing the trading manager, and there's no way to contact anyone directly. Requesting funds to be paid to my account is a challenge. Nothing is straightforward—the constant pressure to invest more means they refuse to work with what they have. There is pressure to open a crypto wallet so that the funds can go there, and they get you by saying you don't have to pay capital gains tax and try to manipulate you to avoid using a traditional bank. I am more than happy to pay my appropriate taxes. I definitely learned my lesson.
❗️Although I appreciate the response from ElenoxOne to my review, however the email address they provided is invalid and I also tried to respond to them as per their message using the email address on their website elenoxone.io as stated on their contact page and that email address is also invalid❗️

My experience with Elenoxone has been…
My experience with Elenoxone has been outstanding so far. About three months in, during a live webinar, a lightbulb went off. The presenter detailed a trading strategy that perfectly matched my approach. Excited, I applied this new strategy the very next day and was thrilled to see immediate positive results. Since then, my trading has consistently improved, maintaining an upward trajectory that has both boosted my confidence and enhanced my portfolio.

I have cancelled my account twice
I have cancelled my account twice. I got blocked online, phone and email. Still waiting for my £250 back six weeks after I cancelled. Also still getting very aggressive phone calls. My life used to be happier and less stressed before Elenoxone. Wish I had never heard of them.
16 Oct. This morning I have sent two emails to Elenoxone thanking them for their reply and sending the information they requested. I sent the second, certain I had made a mistake in the email address as it came back "System Delivery Notification" Failed. The second came back the same. I am in utter disbelief and amazed at the lengths and hard work they will go to to keep my £250.

Navigating the Waves of Trading
When I first started here, the volatility of the markets was overwhelming. With the help of their robust risk management tools, I've managed to navigate through choppy waters, turning potential threats into profitable opportunities.
DO NOT INVEST
I deposited 250 and have asked for withdrawal at least 3 months ago. They kept pestering me for more money but decided I didn't like their tactic so withdraw but I have never received a penny
And now their compliance email doesn't exist
What I find frustrating was that I had done a bit of reading beforehand from various business pages hence I thought it was legit.
Scammers
Scam company who have taken £160 from me which they pretended had grown into £221. My dealer Sebastian Colton kept pestering me to invest up to £20,000 a time to get returns of an extra 50%, but I closed the account instead due to obvious alarm bells ringing. His email and details are as follows (do not do business with this fraudster) - Senior Investment Adviser / VIP Development Manager
Web is elenoxone.ioio
Email is sebastian colton @elenoxmail.com (no gap between sebastian, colton and @elenoxmail.com) - I gapped them just to get it up here.
His alleged address is: Rue du Mont-Blanc 14, 1201 Genève, Switzerland
This is a scam company and an…
This is a scam company and an aggressive scam at that, which prays on vulnerable people with the promise of making money through crypto/trading and other such nonsense. My 83yr old father inadvertently signed up with this company, I intercepted a phone call where they were asking him for a huge amount of personal information and asked them to not contact him again. It has been 8 days of harassment now with 10+ phone calls a day to my home number demanding to speak to him. When I refuse they become rude an aggressive, admitting they will continue to harass us until we give in and at one point (mistaking me for his wife) the caller "Wendy" claimed to be his girlfriend and said I'm a bi*ch and this is why he is cheating on me. Fortunately my mum wasn't on the receiving end of this.
It is 3pm and we have received 11 calls today alone.
The website was created on the 10th May 2024 yet one caller claimed to have worked for the company for 8 years. The listed address on the website is Swiss, the phone number English but the domain runs through Iceland.
Every woman that has called us (It's always women) has a strong East Asian accent and excellent English but every single one claims to have to most basic white girl name (Wendy, Sarah, Jane, Veronica, Britney, Mary, Louise to name the few I remember).
Nothing about this company is legitimate from their employees names to their business claims

Navigating Through Initial Technical Troubles
I faced some technical issues when I first started trading here. I couldn’t understand why my orders weren’t executing as I planned. After some back and forth with the technical support team, it turned out to be a minor issue with my settings. They helped me fix it in no time, and I’ve had a flaawless experience ever since.
A Rocky Start Turned Around by Stellar Support
My start with the platform was not so smooth.I was about ready to throw in the towel. But after reaching out to support, I received detailed guidance that turned my whole experience around. Now, I find the withdrawals swift, and trading has become second nature.
Major Profits from a Minor Start
I began trading with just a small amount, skeptical of how it would turn out. After a shaky few trades, the advanced indicators and the ability to set sophisticated order types like trailing stops have significantly maximized my profits. It’s fascinating how you can turn small sums into a substantial portfolio.
