ci dispiace molto di vedere questa sua recensione perché abbiamo sempre risposto alle sua mail e telefonate, tenendola sempre informata sull'andamento del suo ordine e cambio.
Ricevuta la sua mail abbiamo gestito la richiesta il giorno seguente organizzando il pick-up per il reso e il cambio taglia richiesto.
Per motivi interni che abbiamo cercato di spiegarle al telefono abbiamo impiegato qualche giorno in più rispetto alla normale lavorazione del reso, pur rientrando comunque nelle tempistiche previste.

Would give 0 if I could
I purchased through Farfetch. They sent me THE WRONG ITEM; they took over a month to update my status after receiving my item AND they REFUSED my return under the reasoning that the item I had sent back did not match the description after I had specified that the WRONG COLOUR was sent. Very disappointed and am never buying again from them, nor from Farfetch.
