Elepay responded to my requests promptly and actioned them efficiently. Their process is streamlined to make things so much easier, staff are warm and helpful and when things don’t go to plan (as they haven’t yet for me as a vendor) they are considerate and promptly offered feasible solutions. Without a doubt, they are the best providers for our financial needs.

I must admit, the heat of a moment can overwhelm you. Whilst my experience was a great one up until the point of repayment (ironic...I know). The customer service team were available to me, communicative and above all helpful. I acknowledge that things do go wrong sometimes and it's the support mechanisms that often define us. It just goes to show that where a platform full of automation fails, people are a saving grace.

What started as a seamless and great experience was tainted by their platforms customer experience (CX). I am unsure how a financial institution is allowing multiple direct debits when the full payment and balance owing is $0. Elepay collected my outstanding balance as I aimed to pay in full, only for the system to not confirm payment was received/made and then allowing the ability to pay a second time for the same amount in full. I now have to wait the (up to) 3 business days for funds to be cleared on their side, only to be reimbursed to me by a bank transfer to my non-payment method....e.g. to my bank account and not to the card linked to my Elepay payment portal - this seems dodgy and non-compliant.
I therefore could be out of pocket for over a week (given the weekend).
I must stress, everything was great up until this experience and I take some responsibility, but their system has no protection mechanisms to prevent this.
I also don't like that once you link a payment method, there's no ability in the mobile to delete a payment method e.g. an old card or a different account.

Hi my family & I used elepay for staging a property for the family estate, elepay made the whole process very easy & would highly recommend elepay.

Great way of handling sudden expenses preparing my property to be sold. Elepay is the best way to take care of the unexpected expense before selling my property.
I highly recommend Elepay and the service provided was excellent too.

Hassle you everyday for 5 days up until payment

I had to have my shower cubicle tiles re-grouted and would never have been able to afford it were it not for Elepay. Setting up an account and agreement with them was very straightforward and easy to do. It was wonderful knowing that I did not have to suddenly find the money I needed.
Elepay's staff were friendly, professional and really helpful.
Their electronic reminders of the status of our agreement were regular and kept me well informed.
I would recommend this organisation to anyone who needs their services.

We first referred to Elepay by Bowerbird interior as we were short on fund to stage our property for sale….as many of Sydney home owners are we were asset rich and cash poor as the bank was restrictive and difficult and we spent all the cash in reno. Elepay was a breath of fresh air and assisted us to furnished and get extra money to pay for the final bit of renovation! I had gone back to them again for the second property sale and the process was again nice and simple and most importantly fast. What we were charged as interest was very well worth the trade off (not able to reno or stage) as we know we gained many times more uplift compare to the interest rate paid. Every team members we dealt with were so nice, humane, kind, and promptly reply to us….nothing like the experience trying to reason with our banks. It was a pleasure dealing with Gino, CEO who provided me with incredible assistance and industry contact to help me achieve my property goal. I highly recommend for homeowner that need assistant to get your property sale campaign across the line to use Elepay.

Great company to deal with. The process to apply was so easy and when I had a couple of sticking points they were straight on the phone to help me get though the issue.

After speaking with the staff I was assured that payment will be taken from my card on the due date automatically. But this did not happen and I was charged additional $97 unnecessary when I logged into the portal and made the payment Manually
