After several bad experiences with other canvas art companies I hit the jackpot with Elephant Stock. The wall art I received today was packaged extremely well, and the art itself couldn't have been better. From the excellent quality of the canvas reproduction to the canvas wrapping and frame…everything was perfect.

Would like replacement for art received…
Would like replacement for art received that was broken during shipping with tracking and timeframe. Pictures were sent to Elephant Stock as evidence of same. Contacted Elephant Stock on Monday, 3/18/24 same day I received art to report that one of the three pictures came with glass broken. Totally understand that sometimes items can break during shipping, no problem there if issue is resolved. On 3/19, received a boilerplate e-mail response, so I asked for a timeframe of when a replacement can be expected and the response email was replacement is in for processing to wait for tracking number e-mail. It's now 3/22 and no tracking number e-mail. It's a shame because the art is nice quality, however Elephant Stock's process/communication on fixing issues has a lot to be desired.

I bought a 3 piece canvas art
I bought a 3 piece canvas art. The site says it was suppose to be 28x15 each piece. They sent me 9x15. The lady tried to say, yes you have to read the small print. So Elephant stock contacted me this morning because of my review, they still are not getting it! I read the small print, I sent pics. They are so busy trying to get me to change the review instead of correcting the order. They need to listen and look at pics. They are wrong but won't admit and just trying to keep my money. Beware of this company!!!

The size stated on our website is the total measurement of all panels. The first unit measures the canvas horizontally and the second unit measures the canvas vertically. E.g. 12” (horizontal) X 18” (vertical). All of this information is listed on the canvas size chart - product page before you submit your order.
