The whole experience has been from bad to worse. First the phone arrived very late without any information about tracking details etc. I had to constantly check with Elephone & it's only when threatened with a chargeback that I received a message saying that phone has been dispatched but no mention about the tracking number. I also ordered phone cover on the same day & wrote a separate email to customer service to send out the cover with the phone as I has paid for premium shipping. But no response at all from Elephone about my email & cover came two weeks after the phone arrived.

Once the phone arrived, it started developing problems from day one. It will not charge properly, when charged will heat up unnecessarily & a lot. The phone became so hot that it started displaying message battery too hot & will shut itself down. After a few days it will switch off on its own & I will only find out when I pick up the phone to check for any messages or call. In between all of this it also some serious issues not being able to access the IMEi numbers for sim 1 & sim2. So after researching internet, I performed in the engineering mode some reset & mannually entered IMEi numbers in the software.

All in all, this phone is perfect example of false economy. I should have guessed that you get what you pay for. The phone is undoubtedly cheap but doesn't deliver & all the specs are on paper to entice customers to purchase just looking at the specs. The truth is that all these high specs need to work together to give that experience. What is the use if after a few minutes of normal usage of a few apps, the phone gets hot & cannot cope with the load & switches off. The phone is not all durable & will not be the workhorse that I was expecting. I learnt my lesson after wasting money on this piece of crap. Stick to UK or European suppliers, as pre & post sales service is generally of a standard & more than that products have a minimum performance standard. A worst case you can repair it With Elephone neither is possible. So this is the last time I have spent my money with this company & my intention is to warn every one else to stay away.

I was waiting over 3 months for my P9000 lite. They promised my five times different delivering dates. Then they told me better to change my order to a P9000 but that would cost $50 more but then I would get it in 1 - 2 weeks. So I sent them $50 more. After three weeks I asked again, they told me that my order the P9000 lite is not in stock and blamed the manufactures. They did not even realized that I allready changed my order! ARRRGHHH. I decided to cancel my order. Now the refund will arrive in about 10 - 30 working days they told me, let´s wait...
Meanwhile I can buy the P9000 on ebay Germany for the same price.

I looked up this fone online and loojed good, but thats all you get.
I ordered this fone from elephonestore.com
But after i payed EXPRESS delivery nothing happens no respons nothing.
They say 5 days delivery but nothing and i payed 25$ extra 2 get it fasr.
Now lucky me i payed with visa card soo my bank can help me there. But dam this compay need more police attention, i do make a complaint at the station near there factory now but sadly ill bet it dont work but atleast i done what i can. But all DONT TRUST THEM.

They are alreday one month late with the delivery of the phone, they give not information at all , they promise to send tracking numbers and they don't

They are a real JOKE. they pretend to be HI TECH while being COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.
THEY DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDEATELY

they sell phones with incorect information just to sell them an dont give update or respond with any kind off support an if u complain on there forum they just delete ur complain

Under no circumstances should you deal with Elephone. They will not return your money if you need to return the phone. They will also not tell paypal they received the item, so Paypal will not pay me.

Some months later, I convinced Paypal that Elephone had my phone and then Paypal paid me. That was not fun. You have to send the phone back with tracking ALL the way to China, so that is almost as expensive as the phone.

I was misinformed by the local post office and only got tracking to the exit point of the US.

I was persistent, and got Paypal to realize that Elephone actually had my phone.

When you call Elephone, they do not answer professionally. It is as if you are getting someone'e apartment. It is a pretty disorganized company to say the least.

I kept getting from the Customer service person Maggie, "We will calculate the value of your return." I kept sending that it Paypal and they finally told Elephone to respond in three days or they would pay me. Then Paypal finally paid me.

JUST BECAUSE THIS IS CHINA AND YOU CANNOT SEND THINGS BACK WITH TRACKING FOR LESS THAN A FORTUNE, YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. If you cannot track it all the way, then Paypal is useless.

The experience of purchasing was long but overall not that bad.
I just got my package 2 months after i purchased but i was patient.

cause if u didnt pre-order ur not gonna get it that quick.

they answered my emails quickly with responses to my questions.

The worst buying experience ever!!! I bought the phone from this company in July - now after one month the phone is not even shipped yet. They always keep saying it would be sent in next few days but it never happen. Lucky I have paid via PayPal so I should get my money back. My conclusion: buyers stay away from this company and if you realy need phone branded ELEPHONE just buy it from some online shop you can trust but it should have no 'elephone' within address line.

I ordered a phone in June, and we are in August and the phone has never been sent.They send many emails, but always respond that will be shipped in a few days, but is never sent. avoid this site.

I purchased two phones from this company one on the 20th april and one on the 24th april. The first arrived on 18th June and was defective out of the box. Evidently all the early build numbers of the Elephone p7000 were, the operating system would not accept wireless updates and the phone had to be flashed to rectify the issue. So I went to the forum and there were various tutorials in stilted english. I asked if flashing the phone would negate the warranty of a new phone and no-one would give me a straight answer. So I opted to pack up the phone and send back to Elephone.cc and applied to paypal to open a dispute. When my phone arrived in china, they refused to accept so paypal decided the claim in my favour. By this time it was early july and the 2nd phone purchased on 24 April had not even been shipped...sadly this company are liars and cheats and should be approached with caution. Again I put in a claim with Paypal and they obliged with a full refund. Also if you have had a bad experience with Coolicool, be aware that elephone.cc is a branch of that online company.

I purchased a phone more than one week ago and i am still waiting for a shipping acknowledgment. I send e-mails asking for information and got no replies. I would at least like a reply informing me of what is the situation and have a shipping tracking number (as promised). even if it is because you are busy at least send the information to show us your seriousness and authenticity.

I purchased a phone and almost 1 week alter am still waiting for a shipping acknowledgment. What is worst is that I have sent three e-mails and got no replies.
The phone number they gave sends me to a music loop which follows the exact same thing and cuts off at the same time.

This is a very poor customer service experience...

I purchased an elephone p5000 from China on line. This mobile phone is a great phone and the Price reasonable as well and I really like it!
I dropped the phone unfortunatily and the LCD screen is crakced and it is only possible buying spare parts for this mobile phone from China so I bought a new LCD&touch screen plus screen protection online from elephone.cc which is a certified Elephone online shop.
The Price was paid at once and they were very nice replying back on questions before the purchase was done and answered several questions instantly!
I should wait a mounth or so before receiving this screen in Denmark but after more than two mounths waiting I could see through tracking number via Singapore mail that the purchase was sent back to elephone.cc and I do not know Why ?
I have been sending several emails to elephone.cc regarding this particular situation and fully with description of the problem plus a copy of the purchase and for knowing a bout what have happend and when I will get my paid purchase and still no reply what so ever!
There is telephone number for contacting the support as well but no body is answering or taking the dang phone!
Come on Guys! If you really truely want to make Money in Europe or the US then make sure that the service standards are even almost the same as the european or american standards and not this mouse and cat game!
Sending a mail from support center on this site claims instant reply with in 24 hours! Really????
I will CERTAINLY NOT recommending any body counting on ANY real service from this site!
Update first of june 2015: All right... it seems like the mistake regarding this purchase is not the responsibility of Elephone.cc any way and the post center of Denmark is the one not able of finding my package! Elephone.cc have contacted me several times after I wrote in here and they try to find out what have happened and will send a new lcd display when Danish post have paid compensation to Singapore mail and so on! Writing on Trust pilot certaily helps I may say ;-)

Well... this Company seems like knowing not much regarding international rules and regulations a bout when they send a customer some thing, then they have the obligation to resend the purchase if the purchase is gone!
After some many back and forward emails regarding my situation and after I contacted the post Company which had sent the purchase back to Elephone.cc...and a conformation from the post Company in Hong kong regarding my situation... all I have is a "I am sorry mr. Mike" and not a thing else!
They will not resend my purchase and Elephone.cc have no clue a bout international rules and regulations regarding lost of goods!
Well done Elephone.cc! NO way you Guys are going to get in to the western countries markeds seriously what so ever as long as you are not making sure doing the right thing and making sure customers get what they pay for!
Tumbs DOWN for Elephone.cc and their bizar way of taking care of their customers benefits!
Waste of Money doing business with elephone.cc Guys... buy your stuff some where else!
Update, 3.th of august
Well... the one and only which could help solving this situation was Paypal. I contacted Paypal and wrote a bout the situation and the day after my first mail to Paypal, they found out that Elephone should pay my Money back... and five days later I got it all back!

...and please Elephone.cc if you read this do better in the feauter and raise your service because other wise you Guys will NEVER being taken seriously in western countries!
