I was putting the top and the base cabinet together and then proceeded to right the unit to a standing upright position and the whole thing collapse on me destroyed the base cabinet. I am very dissatisfied with the visual instructions and the quality of the material. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I responded at the time of purchase. The product didn't have all the parts and no way of contacting the manufactory, so can't be put together A wasted 300 hundred plus.

Peace of Mind!
This product was received quickly.
Hopefully, this product will never need using but it's the comfort of knowing my daughter has a way of preventing my granddaughters of choking or even another child or adult. It's worth the small price for a life. Thank you for keeping the price reasonable so everyone can have this in their homes and vehicles.

I DIDN'T RRCEIVE THE PRODUCT
..WENT TO WRONG ASSRESS

No customer service! Missing part, can't talk to anybody? Company refuses to send part! First use of wheelchair with 97 year old mother, front right wheel squeaks very loudly, FIRST TIME? We spent $150, back to square one, extremely difficult to communicate with anyone at company. I e-mail, then have to wait a day or more or ever for a response that doesn't answers our question. Is this how your company treats elderly customers? Now you expect me to give you a glowing review of how wonderful you are and tell the whole world of future customers, I think not! What a horrible mistake and headache purchasing your product.

The concept of the rollator / wheelchair was very appealing. When it first arrived, I was disappointed with a couple of things, the width of the chair (It could be a couple inches wider.) and the height of the handles (There's not much ability to adjust the height for a tall person.). The only other issue is maneuverability. It takes a bit more effort than desired to push a person, something I hope will improve with use. So, after considering the fact that I did not find any other options, I decided to keep it. I'm glad I did. It is working out just fine. It is light and easy to handle, especially for ladies who may have challenges with arm and shoulder strength. I haven't found a way to carry water or coffee. So, I plan to investigate the availability of accessories for the chair.

Product came on time as promised. Fit and finish are 100%. Easy to assemble and best of all, WAY more stable than the standard walkers my parents currently use. I will be purchasing several more for use in there home. Excellent product.

Nice fireplace. Only no trim around it.

The fireplace insert is about 2-1/2” to short to fit in my fireplace. I’ll make do.
