Received Damaged but Customer Service is GOOD
Goods were not good protected, no bubble plastic or anything. Trafo arrived with the case broken and I had repare/glue to use. Luckily it still functiones.
Positive note: Elettronew contacted me in response to my review and offered me a satisfying solution.
Hope they have learned and improve their packaging to the high standard of IVANA DI SOMMA from their customer service department who deserves 5 stars.

Bas service and worse customer support
Bas service and worse customer support. Amateur overall, doc it recommend.
My order was confirmed on the 1st of July, with a 72 hours delivery. Parcels fully received on the 28th of August !
Nothing happened for the first month. I had to contact both DHL, who was not aware of the pickup request, and Elettronew who thought my order had already been delivered. Meanwhile the order was rotting in Napoly.
After much effort, pick-up was done by DHL, but 2 weeks after, I had to contact both companies only to be told that they needed to investigate where my parcels are. I am then informed that my order was lost.
I asked Elettronew to support part of the fees I had to pay to the company that was supposed to install the AC units I had ordered and then resend the units. Elettronew ignored that and sent another order, and only proposed 40€ as a commercial gesture on a 1600€ order, after much discussion.
As a result, I have to support the fees myself after having spent the summer under the heat.
Now that I am asking to return the products, Elettronew's response is that they honored their part, and it wasn't their problem anymore.
I am out of words, I wouldn't recommend at all.

Firstly, what you say about delivery times is incorrect. You have purchased an air conditioner, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 5 working days. A shipment in 72 hours is therefore not possible.
Secondly, as soon as we were notified of the problem that occurred with your shipment, we contacted you proposing the choice between refund and new shipment. You chose the new shipment and soon, the new product was yours.
As for the refund claim, we cannot refund the full expenses paid by you for the technicians you called.
Even what you say about the return is not correct: we granted the request and sent you the procedure to send back the product and receive a refund. For these reasons, we hope to see you again on our website
